I guess it pays to complain. Last year Alexander caused a commotionin Seattle when he thought he was dissed by not being given an opportunity to selfishly break a record. His whining has paid dividends. Every time the Seahawks are anywhere near the goal line he's given the ball. He set a TD record and having been pulled from last weeks game to rest for the playoffs, Holmgren allowed him to come in later to score anotherrecordtouchdown.

recievers. I do not believe Holmgren will play J. J. much and he
will pay the penalty for his Caste mentality. It was Joe
Jurevicious and Jeremy Urban that got the team through the mid season
when Holmgren had no choice but to play them. Somehow the "
Genius" will forget it once the bright lights of the playoffs bounce
off his multiple chins.

Actually the Alexander situation is pretty complex.

The reason he gets so many TDs is because the Seahawks mostly have speed receivers (exception is the 6'5" Joe Jurevicious) who are pretty worthless once inside the Red Zone so that is when they switch to the Running Game to Score.

Alexander got screwed by the team when they Franchise Tagged him for this year (he deserved it after his anti-HolmGod comments though) so in my view everything is pretty much even and I would rather complain about Vicks massive contract or McNair not retiring to allow for the Rising of Volek.

Not so Lord Lugdreg, he had an unusual stipulation in the 6.3 million dollar one year contract he signed this year that bars the team from tagging him as the Franchise player. He will be a free agent next year and will be demanding top dollar.

Nearly any RB is going to do well in Seattle. He is easily replacable. He also runs behind perhaps the best offensive lineman in football, Steve Hutchingson. Edited by: Kaptain Poop

Joe Jurevicius is by far, "hands" down, the best wide receiver on the Seattle Seahawks.

Let me elaborate, I was speaking more in terms of the history of starting WRs that have been playing for the Seahawks going all the way back to Joey Galloway and more recently Koren Robinson and Daryl Jackson.

The recievers that HolmGod seems to like are the fast speedy type (many think that he is attempting to copy the All Offense all the time style of the Colts).

Joe Jurevicius is clearly not a part of this overall Seahawks trend (he was most likely brought in by the Seahawks to fill a spot on the roster for the right price), and no I don't think he is slow but at 6'5" that is one of the traits of a possession type receiever.

Clearly with the year Joe Jurevicius has had he should be #1 or #2 on the depth chart and they never should have let Jerhame Urbane off the Roster either and should have kept him on there for the remainder of the year at least as a reward for doing so good for them this year.
