This again. Most of the clubs have plenty of black players so why would they be put off hiring a black manager?

Even putting something like this forward is implying that you believe that clubs "beez raycess". When there was talk about France actually letting a few French players play it was met with outrage and predictably called "racist", yet this is a good thing.

When Whites are under-represented it's a good thing, when they feel blacks are under-represented it's a terrible thing that needs to be changed at once, something they will force upon people and as the sloven Gordon Taylor says it's "something that we will not be taking off our agenda".

The NFL is what, 75% or 80% black? There is no talk of Whites being massively under-represented in the NFL of course, just how wonderful and successful the Rooney rule has been and how great it would be for soccer. Nothing about the the fact blacks are massively over-represented in the English national and club teams either. Chelsea are a majority black team in a country where the vast majority of people are White

I'm somewhat surprised they're not going to try and force clubs to hire other non-White coaches. Why stop at blacks? Why not force Asians and arabs on them too?

You could also say that rule is "racist", that it's putting blacks on a pedestal, giving them unfair advantages and discriminating against other races.

I could be here all day going over all the fupping double standards really.

We've mentioned this before. It seems like England copies the US in many ways. It's never going to end until whites are 10% of Europe and the US.

They actually have had initiatives for getting more Asians involved in football in England.
