Brian Leonard just scored a rushing td, commentators were complimenting him on his "nifty cut", as if a "big man" couldn't do that. I tuned in late, I think it was Hillis blocking for him? did anyone see that
Burkhead sitting way back on the depth chart is a joke. Bernard is nothing special imo. He has looked mediocre so far and got killed in pass protection, and one of his best assets was supposed to be in the passing game. He might be able to run some routes and catch but shouldn't get playing time in there if hes going to be pushed back into the qb.
Mike Glennon had some nice throws.

both the Falcons and the Bengals have a black quarterback as the backup. My best bet is that they are there to help teams practice against th read option. Usually you want your backup to be either an up and coming guy you are grooming for the future, or an older veteran that knows the playbook inside and out. As we can see with the Packers signing Vince Young, he is neither. I don't think Josh Johnson is either, don't know who the black quarterback for the Falcons is.

Glennon with a nice pass again, he keeps trying to hit Owusu, like 8 attempts, but he keeps falling down and messing up, finally connects.

Both qb's playing right now are black quarterbacks. I'm not sure if they are 2nd string or not but one just threw an awful pick while being supa affletic an scramblin. Margus Hunt is looking pretty good though in the series I saw. Pushed the OT around and got some serious pressure on the interception. Hes wearing black long sleeves so don't be fooled and think he another brotha.

Funny because just the other day people were bashing the VY pick up and some black guy talking about how they need to accept that "not all black qbs are going to be studs like RG3, Kaepernick and Newton" and that some will be backups, I guess he missed these scrubs like Seneca Wallace, Leftwich, Dixon, Tyrod Taylor, Josh Johnson, the list goes on, and now includes Tavaris Jackson, Garrard and Jason Campbell, who were going to break out any year.

Leonard is apparently fighting for just a roster spot

Undrafted rookie LB-Paul Worrilow is a tackling machine for the Falcons in the 2nd qtr! Shillinger & Motta were playing DB. Replogle at DT...LB-Shiller was playing too.

Big Margus Hunt freakish size/speed ratio was on display chasing the QB! LB-JK Shaeffer got the announcers attention.

Yeah Bernard struggling...of course he will probably be given numerous opportunities to flash dat upside...before fizzling out.

Rex Burkhead with nice tackle on punt return....

This is getting ridiculous. Is Rex EVER going to play? Now that journeyman bum Cedric Peerman is getting carries over him. What the hell? I'm getting tired of these black journeymen recycled retreads playing on team after team, playing over talented white players. It's ridiculous when these "coaches" and "talent scouts" think these same journeyman are going to somehow stop be remarkably average to below average at their jobs and magically live up to their "other worldly potential."

Finally a sighting of Rex... as a freaking gunner on the punt team.

Edit: As Don and TwentyTwo mentioned, at least all of the white defensive players have been playing well in this game.. hopefully a lot of these guys will be able to stick on the final roster.

Stewart Bradley's been playing MLB for Denver and is all over the field. He has a pretty good shot at the starting job. In fact, every White defensive "backup" I've seen for Denver, Cincinnati and Atlanta in the first half of their games has looked great, lots of key tackles, flying around the field, etc.

Hillis with some tough running knocking a defender's helmet off, after getting the first down the play before. Pretty sure he just injured a defender on his 3rd run.

Glennon looks like he should be starting. I mean his stats might not be great but his play is. The receivers aren't exactly on the same page, one just ran the wrong route there.

Denver's offense is being hyped as unstoppable and I hope it is, but I'm concerned about the offensive line. Other than Manning, Decker and Welker, the Broncos were coal black on offensive starters tonight except for G Zane Beadles. Hopefully Ryan Lilja, just signed out of retirement, will be able to play center competently by the beginning of the season, but Manning may not have the time to throw he needs. Dreessen and Tamme are injured, but Thomas may keep the starting job at TE even when they get healthy. Hope I'm wrong but their offense may not be the slam dunk everyone assumes it will be.

****, Hillis limping off the field, the defender dove head first into his knees, and that was the 2nd time it happened. Yet the defender was praised for his "tackle", yet Hillis would get flagged if he lowered his helmet and the crown hit a defender? That was an intentional hit to injure and I think Im done with the NFL for tonight, sickening that defenders could target someone's knees like that and not even have a flag thrown, last time I checked it was illegal to launch yourself head first.

If his knee is seriously injured, then his career is probably over. This sucks. Hopefully its just something minor.

I agree dwid. A cheap shot for sure!

Rex Burkhead finally gets to run the ball and he went for 9-10 yards only for them to call holding. I didn't see anything. Way to erase
his stats from the rushing totals stupid refs. The announcers raved about him having the 2nd fastest short shuttle of any running
back in the combine. Nice to see them give him a little credit. So what is he rotting on the bench. His burst, cutting ability, great hands, speed and power are what the Bengals need. Damn I hate this. Could be worse than the Gerhart situation. Another stud white running
back rotting away his prime years on the bench or on special teams. Hell maybe they will even cut him without him getting a fair shot.

You just never know with the nfl. Rex Burkhead deserves better! Hope they give him some more chances as the game goes on.

Dane Sanzenbacher runs a 71 yard punt return back for a td. He also had a very nice 23 yard reception on the last drive. So tell me how
this kid didn't get invited to the nfl combine and why that is? Oh, wait I forgot. I already know.:tape2:

The fact that Burkhead has gotten ONE carry thus far, tells me everything I need to know. Practice squad. Doesn't matter what he does. Even if he lights it up, it will not matter.

I did find this on a DWF board in praise of Burkhead. "He's not just taking a step, he's punishing the ground for stopping his leg." HAHAHAHA! That's pretty good!

Sazenbacher with another td. This time for 36 yards on a crucial 3rd down and 8. The kid can fly. I don't care what his 40 time is. He reminds me a little of Wes Welker. A guy with great hands that can catch, run and also return punts! He should be a starter. Whalen has looked good too although he is being overshadowed by the huge game of Sazenbacher! Burkhead looks good in the couple of chances he has gotten. Maybe they will play him more the next game. I sure hope so.

What a joke by Gruden. He cuts the kid down but then like a used car sales man says he should be Danes Agent. Hell no! These clowns can
never say a white guys has speed. It's always sneaky or deceptive or great blocking. They hate complimenting white guys! I don't know
how they sleep at night. Scum buckets.

Danny Woodhead is not going to play tonight. I belive he has a sprained ankle and it's only preseason. I'm sure we will see him in the 2nd or 3rd preseason games and alot during the season.

Rex is having the best game of anyone other than Sazenbacher. Too bad he will rarely play in this anti white league.

Woodhead hasn't practiced since last Friday because of an as of yet unspecified injury. The coaching staff has refused to say what it is, which is very strange.

I've been reading this over and over again: Running back Danny Woodhead has not practiced since last Friday, but Chargers coach Mike McCoy wouldn't say why, reports the Union-Tribune.

NFL.com and ESPN still have Bengals/Falcons with 1:57 still to play, but a final. They can't even get that right?

The Seattle Blackhawks have turned into Steelers West. I'm watching the 2nd unit, and 4/5 OL are sumos, so just one White backup, apparently. Depending on how the position battles go, they will start 3 or 4 Whites onthe line, Zach Miller at TE, zero pale faces on defense, and of course the midget black quarterback is the starter.

Total starters 4-5, total Whites on the roster, 10-12, including the K/P/LS. Wigger Pete's team will easily be a top 3 team to root against this year.

Wigger Pete is quite possibly the most loathsome coach in the NFL, easily ahead of psycho Harbaugh, Mike Tomlin, and several others. Two of his Africans just connected for a TD, and he was running around in pure ecstasy, looking to give a BJ to anyone he could get his hands on.
