The legendary 2007 Patriots had Heath Evans and Kyle Eckel. Both backs got a lot of second half carries in a 56-10 destruction of the Bills on Sunday Night Football on 11/18/07.

I would describe this crap as black sniper culture. On the heels of an NHL coach and celebrity announcer taking heat for completely bogus racism charges these witch hunts don't have any basis in reality. Making mountains out of tiny mole hills only exposes their desperation to find anything to bolster black victimhood.

Sapient, looked it up. I was also confused by the two Bobby Grier's, but not anymore? Bobby Grier, ex-NFL coach/scout and executive is not the Bobby Grier that broke the color barrier in the 1956 Sugar Bowl. We are not the only ones "confused" between the two, as some online listed him (coach/scout) as being born in 1933 -- like the Sugar Bowl star.......It's appears Bobby Grier from the Dolphins is not 86 years old, as I posted earlier. According to this bio, he played at Iowa in the mid-1960's meaning he is probably 75 or 76 years old currently. That makes a bit more sense, as he was with the Texans until a few years ago.

Bobby Grier was hired as a consultant for the Dolphins in 2017. It's not clear if he is still with the team in an official capacity, but his son, Chris Grier, is the Dolphins current GM. If I were to guess, Bobby Grier is still influencing his son, whether he is officially on the payroll or not. I'd bet he watches a ton of college games and then gives his son some input. Bobby Grier was a longtime NFL running backs coach so he probably had a significant hand (via scouting and suggestion) in the signing/drafting of all the running backs after the last 3 drafts, including Patrick. Perhaps even Zenner recently?

It's also very possible his son, Chris Grier, isn't outwardly and overly caste? Who knows, time will tell? Chris Grier grew up as a football/hockey standout at a basically all white school in the Boston area. His brother, Mike Grier, was once regarded as the top African-American player in NHL history and has been an NHL coach. So it's doubtful they are Anthony McFarland (ESPN MNF) type anti-whites.

    ____________

NEP01, good point regarding the more recent Eckel and Evans tandem. But like the Lockwood/Turner I mentioned, at least one was a fullback. That said, both tandems are close enough. There are probably other teams since 1992 that have had a white tailback and fullback that ran a bit. Two white tailbacks at once? That's tough? Looking at the 1,000 yard rushers thread, you might have to go back to the very early 1980's or 1970's to find a team with a notable tandem of white tailbacks or even "old school" fullback and tailback that ran a lot -- i.e. Kiick and Csonka.

Leo, any white quarterback not drafted in the top 3 rounds has a steep hill to climb.....During the latter part of the 1990's/early 2000's you had three NFL Europe refugees eventually lead teams to Super Bowls -- Kurt Warner, Jake Delhome and Brad Johnson. Warner/Delhome were never drafted; Johnson was a 9th round pick? Early 2000's, Tony Romo went undrafted and still became an entrenched starter by the mid 2000's.....but since Romo, who could you name that was undrafted and became a full time starter? Maybe Case Keenum this decade, but he's always on a "short leash"? It's incredibly difficult for quarterback's drafted after 3 rounds (or undrafted) to start in the NFL these days. Even Kirk Cousins, round 4, is a bit of an anomaly. Actually, the majority of entrenched white starting quarterback's in recent years were fairly high 1st round picks.

Perhaps teams, media and fans are too short on patience? If a undrafted or 4th to 7th round quarterback does not dominate right off the bat, they cry for teams to draft a "franchise quarterback". Development is suddenly a 4 letter word.

Although recent history does not bode well for Kyle Allen, he might be helped by the fact he was once the #1 recruit in the nation. However, the Panthers are owned by a big time, anti-white, Jewish liberal owner who might tell his GM he wants a black quarterback. That's another hill to climb for Kyle? Hopefully he breaks through, but he needs to be almost flawless to become an entrenched starter...Jameis Winston does not have the same problem.

Colin Cowturd blames OC Kellen Moore for Cowboys woes. Have to scapegoat someone, can't go back on his word that Dak is elite. LOL.

Let's hope Trubisky outduels Dak and Cowboys drop below .500

Can't stand the guy. He also made a comment about Steve Beaurlein. Insinuating he didn't think a guy like him could be a QB these days because "The Revolution" of Mobile QBs. Such a douche.

I try not to give him views but once in a while I'll tune in when I want to hear sports talk, and I always walk away wondering why I even attempted to listen.

Only thing good Cowherd has said this season is that Cooper Kupp is an elite WR, which is undeniable at this point

You are welcome Sapient. That locker room in Miami must've been really "toxic" earlier this season, as the Dolphins continue to add whites at "taboo positions". This Sunday Zach Sieler should debut for the Dolphins. I vaguely remember seeing his name after the 2018 draft, didn't even realize he was on Baltimore's roster at all this season? Considering he's a white defensive lineman, and from a tiny (football) school, he must possess quite a bit of talent to have been drafted in round 7. I would assume if he was black and had the exact same measurable's, went to the same school and posted the exact same stats, he'd have been a 4th round pick, perhaps 3rd?

To make room for him, the Dolphins cut a rookie sumo, 2019 draft pick, who really does possess a room brightening smile. Hopefully Sieler makes a quick impression in Miami.

What an as$hole. Cowherd looks like the high school nerd who used to get his @ss kicked and lunch money stolen everyday by Goys like Steve Beuerlein. Now he is lashing back at "Beuerlein types" decades after, as a middle aged clown with a mic. There used to be a bizarre sounding (and looking) total @ssclown named Scott Farrell who used to have the same shtick as Cowherd, constantly putting down white athletes (and whites in general) in hopes of impressing his Jewish masters and DWF's. Let's not forget Jim Rome crapping his kosher jeans after Jim Everett throw him down on screen at ESPN after the sleazy Lonsman questioned his toughness to his face.

Bucky, Steve did not have a stellar NFL career, but in 1999 with a fairly white-friendly offense (particularly Patrick Jeffers), he was simply amazing with 36 TD tosses. Overall, he had a long and accomplished career, mostly as a spot starter and backup. I'm sure he could still play in today's era. Back to Cowherd, I can't even begin to understand how any CF posters would listen to (or watch) him for more than a minute? Earlier this decade I'd watch him on ESPN a bit, only because Michelle Beadle was still hot, and loved to remind Cowherd every 5 minutes her favorite sport was hockey, so much so that she'd watch college hockey, when NHL games were not on. By the time I completely blocked ESPN on my sets (2015), Beadle turned into a sour-faced, rapidly aging hag, who used to literally drool over every NBA no-talent and rarely mentioned hockey.

Cowherd gets the goat of the usual conservative whiners so he has a purpose. Wake me when someone who listens or views that garbage starts asking the colored dudes and gals if they respect those white cucks.

The Sapient brought it up a few pages back i think. What do you think of the Dolphins roster rebuild? It's bittersweet seeing Tannehill have success elsewhere after being traded away for crumbs. What do you think of Fitzpatrick? I wouldn't mind seeing Herbert or Burrow in Miami if the Dolphins continue on this path and end the season strong.

No different from saying that Danny Woodhead was able to hide behind the offensive linemen because of his small size and slip through for a first down. Just talking about physical traits in a neutral manner. But skin color is a trigger for the hypersensitive.

And Ronde Barber and Kenny Albert can get away with referring to Patrick Laird as an intern during their broadcast.

Interesting stat in this supposed "year of the black quarterback," with maligned QBs Tannehill and Cousins leading the way:

Ryan Tannehill has attempted 29, 33, 39, 19, 18 and 22 passes in his six starts this season. Clearly the Titans' offense goes through Derrick Henry. With that said: Tannethrill has operated as one of the single-most efficient QBs in the entire league. Only Kirk Cousins (9.5) has averaged more adjusted yards per attempt than Tannehill (9.44) this season. Patrick Mahomes (9.36), Russell Wilson (9.32) and Matthew Stafford (9.12) are the only other QBs over nine.

That's way better than being called "The Intern" by some in the media.

I wonder who will take the bait on Scam if he is traded. A shell of his former self running the ball and never a consistent pocket passer - he is a huge question mark. Not sure what the Panthers would get in return either. I would hope Kyle Allen gets signed to a longer term deal as he has proven his ability to play in the NFL.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirms the Panthers will attempt to trade Cam Newton this offseason.

The Panthers expect plenty in return for Cam and are open to holding onto him if interested teams aren't able to match their asking price. Newton, who is due a reasonable (at least relative to other QBs) $18.6 million salary in 2020, is the best trade chip Carolina has at the moment. Moving on from a franchise icon is never an easy call, though Carolina's new ownership may feel it's what's best for the organization as the Panthers embark on what figures to be a lengthy rebuild. The former MVP is slated for foot surgery this week but should be up and running again by March.

My guess is that they will keep Allen and draft a quota back.
