Here's a nominee for Tough Guy of the Year: Buccaneers RG Alex Cappa suffered a broken left arm in Sunday's Week 5 loss to New Orleans. Remarkably, he didn't miss a snap, though the Buccaneers are now bracing for him to miss several weeks. With RT Demar Dotson (calf, hamstring) also a long shot for Sunday's game in London, Tampa Bay's O line (particularly the rich side) will be shorthanded against the Panthers. And some bad news: NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Jaguars TE James O'Shaughnessy (torn ACL) is out for the season. O'Shaughnessy had quietly averaged four targets on 67 percent of Jacksonville's offensive snaps before suffering a torn ACL in the third quarter against the Panthers on Sunday. Now done for the year, the team will likely turn to third-round rookie Josh Oliver (6'5/249) in the interim. Geoff Swaim will continue working as the Jaguars' primary tight end.
