Mike Glennon has shown that he could be a franchise quarterback in the NFL. His career was derailed by the incompetent management of the Buccaneers. After showing great promise he was senselessly replaced by an aging backup and then by an unproven AAQB.

Glennon will be a free agent after this year. A quarterback needy team would be smart to go after him in free agency.
