Not sure if there is a topic already for this, so if it's ok I'm going to start up one here. Here we can keep track of developing white basketball talent. I'm not very good at scouting low-profile talent so to start off I'll post some bigger name whites out there and their number within the top 20.

Class of 2012:

Based on the Rivals ranking index (http://rivals.yahoo.com/basketballrecruiting/basketball/recruiting/rankings/2012)

Point Guards:
#9 Ryan Arcidiacono - Committed to Villanova

# 14 Tyler Lewis - Committed to North Carolina State

# 19 Mike Gessell - Undecided

Shooting Guards:
GABE-YORK2012_0420_200.JPG

# 7 Gabe York (might be mixed?, picture above) - Undecided

# 17 Nick Stauskas - Committed to Michigan

Small Forwards:

Only one, # 20 Evan Nolte who is committed to Virginia, though #21 Sam Dekker (Wisconsin) has a lot of potential.

Power Forwards:

# 2 Mitch McGray - Undecided

# 15 Matt Costello - Committed to Michigan State

# 17 Kenny Kaminski - Committed to Michigan State

Centers:

# 2 Kaleb Tarczewski - Undecided

# 17 Adam Woodbury - Undecided

Not to many out there, but then again Rivals seems to loathe over black athletes, so it's up to us to dig up some ignored white talent. I'll post some that I find later, I need to go to sleep now..

From looking at the picture Gabe York has got to be mixed. It's more than just the "Compton" Jersey he's wearing that gave it away lol. Rivals "scouts" (or should I say United Negro College Fund henchmen) foam at the mouth like rabid dogs over black athletes. Anyone who works for that site is either A) wacko, or B) a scum of the earth company prostitute with no soul.

BTW, thanks for looking up these white ballers. 10 whites out of 100 prospects listed at the 5 positions...yep that's white-rivals for you.

I'm not entirely sure where the NBA's white American population is, but I've heard 8 to 13 % so that actually matches it.

There is no reason that Rival's basketball rankings shouldn't be at least 40-50% white. White players are constantly dominating the high school circuit, yet it's caste-filled AAU teams and racist mix tape groups that are drawing all the attention of scouts by boasting these sub-par affletes non-stop. Why is no one calling racism when these "prestigious" private schools continually recruit only blacks?

However, we also need to realize that most white talent goes unseen until forcing their way through racist D1 college teams to find the occasional caste buster (Butler, BYU, etc.). For example, Jimmer barely broke ESPN's top 75 shooting guards in college, while Gordan Hawyward was something like a 3 star recruit for Rivals. It's disturbing to think of all the white talent going unseen.

Judging by his photos with his older brother, he is definitely mixed. Not gonna pay anymore attention to him.

Two of the top future draft prospects, Steven Adams and Kaleb Tarczewski at the Addidas Nations camp. Both white men are tremendous athletes at future lottery picks. For reference, Adams is from New Zealand and Tarczewski is American.

Adams had the best performance (24 rebounds, 20 points). He reminds me a lot of BJ Mullens in high school, not because they're both white, but because they have a lot of similarities (both the good and the bad).
