There are more free agents out there than I thought there'd be. This could be a somewhat interesting period of free agency (and trades).

I'll start this thread with an afflete that was grossly-overrated in college (Iowa State), that we were told "had a super skill-set" and the team that drafted him doesn't want him anymore: http://www.cbssports.com/nba/players/playerpage/1755177/craig-brackins

Sixers decline option for Brackins: The 76ers announced that they will not pick up the third-year option on forward Craig Brackins, meaning the former first-round pick will become a free agent. Brackins was set to make $1.5 million next season.
(Updated 06/04/2012)

Analysis

Brackins has appeared in just 17 NBA games in his two seasons (after) being the No. 21 pick in the 2010 Draft. He is a big man with some three-point shooting ability, however he has proven nothing in the NBA and is not worth targeting in any Fantasy leagues on Draft Day.
(Updated 06/04/2012).

I see significant similarities between him and Perry Jones III. Both just live on the perimeter on offense, refuse to play D, and aren't physical or spirited in their play.

Houston has reportedly offered restricted free agent center -- Omer Asik -- a 3 year deal worth 25 million. With how the refs absolutely HATE him, and Chicago's fans as well, he could definitely become a Rocket!

Goran Dragic is on his way to finally having a chance to be an All Star like I predicted he is capable of. He signed a 3 year deal with the Phoenix Suns and should be the starter. With Nash gone, the future is bright for this very athletic, talented point guard!

The New Jersey Nets (formerly known as team mulatto) are shedding their half-breeds like crazy in the last few days -- sent a pair to Atlanta yesterday in a deal. If they trade for Orlando's retarded star, a couple more pinto's (Humphries and Lopez) might leave before reaching Brooklyn.

In a small of amount of good news, the team has signed a white dude from Bosnia and it seems like he can be more than just a token white bench player. As is noted in the article by Jewish, NYT reporter Howard Beck, he could be starting next season:

Mirza Teletovic drives around Matt Bonner/2010 preseason game in San Antonio.
My hope is that Russian billionare owner, Mikhail Prokhorov, is whitening up the Nets. The Teletovic signing is a positive sign. Also, the rumor around here is if they can't acquire Dwight Howard, they will resign Brook Lopez and try to sign Ersan Ilyasova to start at PF. Also, released is their summer league roster which includes some interesting names:

Tornike Shengelia, a 6'-8" PF from Georgia, whom they acquired in the 2nd round
Adam Morrison, well documented here
Jeff Foote, 7 footer from Cornell who had a short stint with the Hornets last year
Garrett Stutz

Word is that 2 or 3 of the summer league guys could make the team as they will need to fill the roster with minimum contracts. This maybe Morrison's last good shot and an interesting story to follow this summer and into training camp.

The Charlotte Hornets just signed Ryan Anderson to a long term deal. I'm kind of sad to see him leave white friendly Orlando but at least he got a nice contract worth almost 10 million a year. He was the NBA's most improved player last year averaging over 16 points a game!

Illysova resigned with the Milwaukee Bucks and hopefully will continue his rise toward stardom. This kid has so much talent.

LOL! It's the Charlotte Bobcats Whitelightning! Morrison was drafted by them and couldn't get his game together on that team. Looks like Anderson will join BJ Mullens and Matt Carroll on the Bobcats. It's a nice deal though.

I don't care much for Steve Nash. It's one thing for white players to be neutral and not say anything about race or politics, but Steve Nash is a very vocal libtard.

Nash is about as bad as it gets, in terms of liberal politics, which is strange considering he was born in South Africa, where innocents whites are being slaughtered on a daily basis just due to their skin color. He was vocally opposed to any sort of immigration control in Arizona. He's a total open-borders zealot/clown. Even Kobe Bryant, who was married to a Mexican, refused to say he agreed with Nash and the borders crowd when he was asked about prop. 187 and other open borders issues. As I recall, ex-Lakers coach Phil Jackson even hinted he thought Nash was off-base, claiming many wise Americans have a right to angry about open borders.

Nash is also very pro gay marriage. I'd imagine if he could, he would have every poster here at CF arrested for hate crimes. He's a total a$$hol, in terms of politics, and an absolutely vile creep as a man (dumped his wife as soon as his son was born). It's not real easy to root for him.

Finally, I guess the liberal $hit runs in the Nash family. His sister is married to an NHL player. No surprise, he's from Canada, right? Thing is, she's married to Manny Malholtra, who claims he was a white mother and Indian father. Weird thing, is he looks much more like a black/white mulatto than a punjab mix?

Yes, Stevie “White Chocolate” Nash is a true bastard, sort of like his own now-fatherless son, Matteo. Nash was married to woman named Alejandra Amarilla, a somewhat white-looking Hispanic with obvious Mestizo heritage…

I always wondered if it was Nash’s constant pandering that inspired the Phoenix Suns to sport that disgracefully-Marxist “Los Suns” garb a few years back…

I can't believe he actually named his son Matteo:rofl:. I thought you were joking until I looked it up . And according to this "los suns" was his idea.

But above all else, he’s also is the player responsible for organizing his Suns squad to speak out against Gov. Jam Brewer’s radical, “papers pleaseâ€, anti-immigration bill, SB 1070. On Cinco de Mayo, 2010, Nash organized the entire team to wear jerseys that read Los Suns.He said, “I think the law is very misguided. I think it is unfortunately to the detriment to our society and our civil liberties and I think it is very important for us to stand up for things we believe in. I think the law obviously can target opportunities for racial profiling. Things we don’t want to see and don’t need to see in 2010.â€

A little off topic here but Miles Plumlee who was drafted by the Indiana Pacers today had 18 points and 8 rebounds in a summer league game against the Celtics. He had a dunk contest against the whole Boston Team and many of them got posterized as they say! The kid can play and may get to score alot more now that he has finally left Duke and turned pro. Great hilites if you get a chance to see them!

Chris Kaman to the Mavericks, a 1-year deal.

Spencer Hawes re-signed with Philly, a 2-year deal.

That's a nice pairing for Dirk. Didn't they play together for the German National Team?

I'm very happy the Mavs got Kaman. Why couldn't they have done this years ago. The one year contract is kind of strange but I guess it's an experiment. The things white basketball players have to go through. The Dallas Mavericks need to go out and get some small forwards, points guards or shooting guards. The cupboard is empty at the moment and they are running out of time.

I would love to also see Dallas go and sign Joe Alexander. They could get him for cheap and he is hungry to prove himself again.

Luis Scola is headed to Phoenix. They will probably start 3 white guys now!

In other news, Jimmer Fredette put up 30 points today in a summer league game. He better shoot as much as he can now because the Kings signed another point guard and his future in Sacramento looks horrible to me. At least he only has two years left. What a joke for a team to draft a guy at the 10th pick of the first round only to sit him on the bench 95% of the time. If only he had went to Utah.

D. Montejanas has been tearing it up in the summer league. Watch for a break out year this fall from him.
