Hurry guys. Get your flu shots before they run out! :whoo:

I've never got one in my life and I'm not going to start now. They do more harm than good in my honest opinion. All they do is make a hypothesis of the strain of flu that they think will occur that season. The guys in the lab are wrong most of the time so why even bother taking it. Take care of your body through diet, excercise, rest and plenty of water. Your body will take care of you.

Take plenty of vitamin C and D, easiest way to prevent the flu.

I'm also one to eschew getting a flu shot. I take care of myself and exercise. My wife got the flu this year, the first year she didn't get a flu shot, and was down for the count for a week. I caught it shortly after and it lasted a day and was no big deal, my body was able to fight it off. In my opinion, getting the shot just weakens the immune system in the long haul.
