I recently posted something on Iverson's current financial & domestic problems.. I don't delight in other people's suffering, truth is.. I probably would've run thru all my $ if I had started collecting large paychecks @ 20 yrs old.. I get that part.

My issue is more with the culture that elevates these guys to heroic levels.. guys who squander their money, beat up their wives, can't read & write, etc..
The Black 'community' desparate for heroes & role models give these guys a heavy (public) load in trying to represent Black America at large. Iverson was sentenced to 15 years for his role in beating up a woman in VA.. but the Black community (including the Black governor Wilder, who pardoned Iverson), literally did everything in their power :director:to keep him on track to fame.. even at the expense of justice.
Advertisers & (a predominately White) sports media carry on a public love affair with guys who may not even want the adulation.. so we have a DWF culture that have worshipped dopes & perverts like LT, Vince Young, Dennis Rodman, 'His Airness', etc.. It's a crazy effort, that ends predictably with these role models back in front of judges, broke, on trial for murder.. or in early graves..
When will the DWF matrix seek out different men as role models for themselves & their kids (?) is there a solution (?)

ps- I had to throw Manley in there, cuz his revelation that he was moved thru high school and college, even tho he couldn't read, was my first childhood glimpse @ the DWF support system Black athletes enjoy.. even tho' it is ultimately/likely to their detriment.

I'm sure there are a couple of reasons why black dysfunctional degenerates are helped along and supported by the very people that should publicly punish and shame them, such as political leaders, so called black community leaders, and the white overseers of media and culture (ahem-- jews).

But my feeling is that it is more of the urge to transform the normal to the abnormal and vise versa. Imagine the power one must have to force--FORCE! other people to act in a manner as to worship and adore the kind of people that have, since the beginning of time been considered the worst possible kind of humans. Oh sure any guy can take a Willie Mays or a Hank Aaron or a Joe Louis and present them to the public as great guys. What's the challenge in that? Anybody could do that.

But to take someone like Iverson or Vick and make every White sports media figure and most of the White fan base, and most of the rest of the public, fork over millions of dollars and all kind of fan adoration to them. Now that's some accomplishment.

The way I see it they are going to eventually turn sick psychotic murdering scum into the most popular and publicly supported figures in our society. Oh wait........

The system, particularly through the CM corporate media, just spews out more and more pro-black anti-White propaganda. You always think it can't get worse, but it always does. Throw in the insufferable pro-homo imagery and agenda and the feminazi crap, and the media's just unwatchable. I truly think that only those who have not been weaned on television, particularly prime time programs but also the awful daytime stuff, still have the ability to think for themselves and to see through the CM matrix, and that is a pretty small number. yeah, when Iverson was a teenager.. He & some of his homeys got into a fight at a bowling alley with some White guys. A one-sided riot broke out (caught on an old school video camera.. probably can still be seen on Youtube ?), & a girl with the White bowlers was smashed by a hurled chair. Iverson was sentenced to 15 years. Doug Wilder (America's first Black governor of the modern era), pardons AI after a few months served.

The Black 'community' of Hampton was already holding up AI as it's proudest son.. so they were invested in his success, and really heated about his sentence. This was a few years before Vick came out of Bad News, Va.. so it was all-in on Iverson at this point.

I'd never take anything away from Iverson's on-court body of work, but the worship of contemporary (Black) stupid is like you assessed perfectly 'an unparalleled phenomenon'. & not trying to sound meladramatic, but it's becoming like a brand of DWF & urban mental illness. :grouphug:

A college professor acquaintance of mine told me a few years ago how glad he was that today's white college students "aren't racist like their parents and grandparents."

I then asked him why this affection that whites show for blacks is pretty much not returned. He couldn't really answer me and had never considered the idea that it has to be a two-way street.

I don't know if it would fit the legal definition of a hate crime.. but the girl who got knocked out by the chair (& had to be stitched up), was a White kid. The brothas involved followed standard operating procedure, and claimed the heavily outnumbered group of Whites, started the hostilities with a racial slur.
The implication to a sympathetic Black audience, or DWF jury & media, is always that a racial slur against Blacks justifies a violent response.. More stupid immorality, courtesy of hood-influenced, 21st century America.:usa2:
