The lawyers of Daunte Culpepper and Moe Williams of the Vikings of Minnesota show the prosecutor to make racial discrimination. They support that the prosecutor showed men of black race where as it did not show two white men who could potentially be put in charge following the festival held on a boat.

The two lawyers asked the revocation of the prosecutor Steven Tallen and for the abandonment of the loads against their customers according to documents' obtained by Associated Press.

Culpepper, Williams and two other individuals are shown of indecent control and vice following a festival on a boat in sum of money October on the lake Minnetonka. They pled all not culprits.

In their motion, the lawyers support that the police officers had the proof that two other men, of the white, had an indecent control without however being marked.

What do you think about it?

In their motion, defense attorneys Earl Gray, for Culpepper, and Joe Friedberg, for Williams, alleged that Hennepin County sheriff's investigators have evidence that the captain of one boat kissed a woman's exposed nipple while he was at the wheel. The papers allege this happened immediately after the manager of a strip club paid the woman and also touched her with his mouth.

Both the captain and club manager are white. They were listed only by their initials in the court documents filed Wednesday.

"These two white males were never charged, yet Mr. Williams and Mr. Culpepper, who are African-American males were charged. The facts presented suggested that Mr. Williams and Mr. Culpepper were singled out," the players' attorneys wrote.

No two white guys would kiss a black woman's nipple, so from reading the article it's safe to say the women on that boat were white. Disgusting.

The alleged acts by the captain and club manager differ from those of the players, Tallen said, because only the manager, the captain and the woman were present, and the two men willingly participated in the contact with her. By contrast, he said, all the players' alleged activity happened in front of unwilling
crewmembers.

Play the race card. Usually works.

*damnit, the link won't work as it gets broken up because of the length. Just google Daunte Culpepper and you'd find the article. Edited by: Deacon

Item: Attorneys for Vikings Daunte Culpepper and Moe Williams accuse the prosecutor in the Lake Minnetonka boat scandal of racial discrimination.

I think: There's a reason Earl Gray (Culpepper) and Joe Friedberg (Williams) are two of the top defense attorneys in the state. They come up with arguments like this one, which might lead to charges against their clients being dismissed.
Awesome! That's great news! Thanks Gray and Friedberg!

'Fans sour on Culpepper'

Well, not a woman by the name of Erma..

I want to see some semblance of our former Vikings on the field this fall and in the years to come. The first of these familiar faces would be Daunte Culpepper. He has demonstrated tremendous talent and loyalty to the Vikings organization, and to turn our backs on him now is unthinkable. Do whatever you have to do, but bring Culpepper back. While you're at it, also bring Koren Robinson back to help out. The grass isn't always greener elsewhere, but it will be if you find Culpepper and Robinson playing against us for Green Bay!

She just loves her chocolate.
