Some really good White defenders will be in this Draft. This first post will deal with d-linemen that I followed this season.

Seniors:

Matt Conrath (Virginia): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/236782/matt-conrath He EMERGED this season!

Derek Wolfe (Cinci): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/377978/derek-wolfe 52 tackles and 7 sacks thus far.

Logan Harrell (Fresno State): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/382982/logan-harrell

Chas Alecxih (PITT): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/378069/chas-alecxih

Matt Broha (LA Tech): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/237556/matt-broha

Shea McClellin (Boise): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/232580/shea-mcclellin

Brett Roy (Nevada): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/241830/brett-roy 50 tackles and 10 sacks.

Draft eligible:

Travis Johnson (SJSU): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/483553/travis-johnson He's been SPECTACULAR!

Will Pericak (Colorado): http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/380371/will-pericak He is better than his stats would indicate; Colorado has just been a big mess.

There are more athletes out there, but these are the one's that I've kept track of. J.R. Sweezy, a Senior who missed 4 games, doesn't have big numbers but he looks healthy and is playing well. I hope he can get a shot at the next level.

Conrath is tailor made to be a 3-4 DE. Also, Crick is a senior but we all know about him and how injuries hurt his senior campaign.

Deadlift, you should really try and watch Arkansas' senior defensive end, Jake Bequette. he's possibly the most dominant pass rusher in the SEC, even though he's not affletic at all. he's also a likely Academic All-American.

in 8 games this year (he missed 3 due to a hamstring and played only part of a 4th), Bequette has 8 sacks, 4 forced fumbles, and 8.5 tackles-for-loss.

the Razorbacks can provide almost no pass rush with Bequette not on the field, but with him out there he's a game changer. at 6-5, 271-pounds and explosive, he has the ideal physical tools, to go along with his off-field excellence and on-field dominance. hopefully, he'll be rewarded come Draft time.

Jimmy Chitwood,

I watched Jake play some last season, but it's true that I haven't watched Arkansas this season..

I plan to watch the LSU/Arkansas game. That should be an interesting game.

Scott Smith will get drafted.Even for the majority of caste teams he has too much potential.

Scott Solomon should get drafted. He's had a good year after injury and has the measurables with a 500 lb plus bench which is world class and 4.6 to 4.7 speed. It would be interesting to see his bench numbers if he gets a combine invite.

It all comes down to whether these guys have done enough in the eyes of the caste pundits to earn combine invites.. I'm sure like always small school blacks will get combine invites over qualified white athletes who play at the highest level of competition!

I saw a report that said Luke Kuechly will enter the 2012 Draft! The Draftniks have Audie Cole ranked rather high - too.
