Why is Ledecky not in the headlines ??

Suffers a terrible loss, first time in a long she had been that badly beaten .

She comes back hours later and wins gold .

Simone Biles is a “hero” and showed great “bravery” by quitting. She joins Naomi Osaka as diva athletes that want all the fame and fortune, but none of the pressure. Or, they’ve been put up to this for some nefarious agenda.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you guys here.

Yes it is tiring to hear Biles shoved in our face 24/7. She is a very marketable figure to casual American sports fans.

But we don't know all the reasons that she might be pulling out of the gymnastics events, and frankly I think it's rude to speculate. The timing of her decision leads me to believe there's something about the setting of the event that gives her anxiety. Perhaps flashbacks to being molested by Larry Nassar. That's as good a reason as any to drop out. If she was in such a bad head space, she probably wouldn't have performed at her best anyway and we might have gotten the bronze or not medaled at all.

It came out recently that Michael Phelps had been battling depression after the 2012 Olympics, even considering taking his own life. For some odd reason, if he had signed up for the 2016 Olympics and bailed at the last second, I feel that the members of this site would have respected that choice a lot more.

Just my two cents, take it or leave it.

You know what? Screw you, you anti-white, negro-worshipping troll. If Michael Phelps had pulled out of the Olympics, you'd be the first to call him nasty names. You're a hypocrite who gives free passes to black athletes but throws white athletes under the bus for the slightest boo-boo.

To the rest of you, I tried to warn you guys about the anti-white infiltrators like alfie and now Leon Sandcastle. I was told to shut up, that these guys were just well-meaning "moderates" who dindu nuffin wrong. I'm going to tell you how it's going to go, and you'll curse me now and call me a prophet later. Posters like these are going to keep pushing anti-white garbage under the guise of "moderation," soft stuff (like this post that I called out) at first, gradually becoming more and more brazen and racist, until one day you discover you're like the frog in the pot of slowly boiling water and the alfies and Leon Sandcastles of this site are openly spewing anti-white filth that could come straight from the foul mouths of Antifa or some black supremacist. Open your eyes, guys. These trolls are laughing at you, and if you defend them again, they'll laugh even harder.

You can thank me later for "taking one for the team" and being the one to stick my neck out and call out these trolls. I guarantee that I will be vindicated in the future.

Marketable figure to casual American sports fans? you have to be kidding me! by most if not all standards she is a very ugly black woman and last time i checked ugly black women are not marketable. the Mary Lou Retton types are the ones that make money, if Biles wants sympathy she can look between shi- and syphilis in websters dictionary

Sounds like that Biles girl lost her access to amphetamines then lost her nerve, and with her poor timing and poor judgement about buying her own GOAT hype came to look a fool.

lolol

I don't know how Caste Football has survived all this time without constantly needing your incredible wisdom and unasked for moderation skills. Gee, after 17 years I still don't know how to distinguish who's a troll and who isn't. God Bless You.

https://www.france24.com/en/sport/2...-riner-loses-quest-for-third-consecutive-gold

French heavyweight Teddy Riner’s quest for a record-tying third consecutive Olympic gold medal in judo ended Friday with a strange loss to Russian athlete Tamerlan Bashaev in the quarterfinals.

The 2.04m (6-foot-8) tall Riner lost 29 seconds into golden score when he fell onto his back as he attempted to throw the 1.75m (5-foot-9) Bashaev, who was given credit for a waza ari on a sumi-otoshi throw after video review.

Riner, sporting a beard and a shaved head, appeared to be confused by the decision, and he didn’t speak to reporters afterward.

The decision ended the 10-time world champion’s attempt to tie the Olympic record of three straight gold medals set by Tadahiro Nomura of Japan from 1996 to 2004. He won a bronze medal in Beijing.

Good run by the Yank in 10,000 m final for 5th place.

Few all white teams through in the mixed relay.
Poland winning their heat.

There too many reasons to not care about the Olympics anymore and this is just one example. It's become a joke, but not a joke. Women's events are filled with biological men competing as women. Merely an example but not an exception:

Poland win the mixed relay.

Tortu and browning both in the second heat tomorrow for the semi final of the 100m.

Browning won his heat today with a blazing 10.01
Tortu ran solid, but obviously not close to his PB.

Marvell Jacobs the dark skin Italian ran a 9.94 to win his heat . I couldn't find his parents , Im assuming from the info I did find - Black father and White mother.

I do take some solace in knowing that Sha'Carri Richardson would likely have been left off the podium had she been permitted to compete. Her PB is a +1.6 10.72, and the medalists finished at -0.6 10.61, 10.74, and 10.76 (assuming those are legal times, which I'm not convinced they are). Naturally, the bread-and-circus American media speaks of Richardson as though she had been robbed of an all but guaranteed gold medal.

I can't find much info on Sydney McLaughlin's family, but she definitely does possess some black features. My guess is that she's an Ashtyn Davis-esque mystery meat. If nothing else, she's a genuine Christian, and one whose faith is undoubtedly more authentic than that of ghetto Christians, the extent of whose faith is a Twitter bio containing "#Blessed" somewhere in it. In any case, she's preferable to the only other legitimate contender, Dalilah Mohammed. At this point, I doubt Femke Bol has a chance at the gold, but (lest I be accused of the high crime of defeatism) I'll certainly be delighted to be proven wrong.

China may not believe in trans ideology, but they will take advantage of the west's weaknesses E.G. racial tensions or allowing men to Compete in women's events.
The Chinese internet also took note of the male appearance of athletes.

I wonder how Hubbard will do, 43 is definitely older for an Olympic athlete, but when you are a man competing with women...

Game is currently on, hopefully you have a channel in the US for it.

I believe the men's 100 semis are in 57minutes.
The final 3hrs 22mins

The second heat has the two white runners.

Yes I got a channel working. Thanks Sean89. Gonna be a long night but I'm only gonna stay up all night if at least one of them makes the finals.
Let's Go Guys. One in the final would be great. Two would be epic! :)

And on top of that, it's not like she was some sexually confused teenager who transitioned in high school and never experienced a male puberty (not that she should be allowed to compete with women if that was the case, due to various other biological advantages). She competed as a male for years, and transitioned at the age of 34! How the IOC allows her to compete with females is beyond me, I sort of understand their stance on intersex track athletes but this is just beyond any semblance of reason. Honk honk, welcome to clown world.

The only event I was remotely interested in was golf and American Xander Schauffele (half German half Taiwanese) took the gold, winning by one shot over Rory Sabbatini who shot a sizzling 61 in the final round. Seven players tied for third, meaning all had to compete in a playoff to decide the bronze medal winner, which ended up being won by C. T. Pan. Rory McIlroy and Paul Casey were among the players who lost in the playoff.

Sabbatini is from South Africa but was representing Slovakia at the Olympics. His wife is from Slovakia and he smartly was able to obtain Slovakian citizenship, undoubtedly so that he has a place to call home besides the anti-White hellhole of South Africa.
