I’m posting this to show what the ideal team would look like. Montana probably has the whitest starting group among all FBS or FCS schools with 17 white starters (and a Hispanic who you would think is white if you were watching on TV). I’m not gonna list all the backups but most of them are white too besides CB.

In the 2010 U.S. Census, 53% of those who claimed hispanic or Latino as their ethnicity self-identified as White. We may disagree with some of them, but the fact is that many hispanics are indeed racially White or European. Hispanic refers to those from south of the border who speak Spanish, it isn't a non-White ethnic or racial group. Hispanics who identify as White, or who look White should be regarded as White for our purposes here. A Spanish last name shouldn't automatically disqualify any athlete from being considered White unless he obviously isn't.

Yeah I guess that’s why i’m a little more lenient toward some of these players. To me if they look anything other than obviously black I usually root for them or am on their side. Growing up as a white kid who played football I always somehow gravitated towards the white players on Madden even before I was aware of racial caste system in football.
