I watched some of the Jags-Bucs game. It does sound like Bortles is pretty much done in Jacksonville - I am one of his biggest fans, thought he did alot of great stuff at UCF - he just has not panned out and I don't think Marrone will give him much of a leash. I do hope he is able to turn it around and have a strong season but I have to admit he has been a disappointment. Alot of blame should be focused on other factors - the previous regime was terrible with his development, the offensive line/running game never afforded him any relief and his receivers dropped a ton of passes. I want to be wrong on Bortles.

Chad Henne completed 6-of-10 passes for 44 yards in the Jaguars' second preseason game Thursday night.
Henne didn't do anything on the field to distinguish himself, but it's important to note that the Jaguars left their first-team offensive line and receivers in the game when Henne entered late in the first half, and left them in with Henne fairly deep into the second half. The decision to do so suggests the Jaguars are at least considering the possibility they'll have to turn to Henne as a better option than struggling Blake Bortles.
Weenieworld fails to mention the two should of been TD passes Henne threw that were dropped.
Austin Allen did play well granted against the 2nd/3rd stringers but he did give provide a spark.
Another piece of news from Weenieworld, this time it's slightly better news.
Bills coach Sean McDermott was noncommittal on Tyrod Taylor's starting job following Thursday night's preseason game.
"Well, we're always going to evaluate everything," said McDermott, who praised fifth-round rookie Nathan Peterman for being "decisive" in Thursday night's exhibition game against the Eagles. Meanwhile, Taylor threw two interceptions in six possessions. Having traded away Sammy Watkins, the Bills' offense is no longer built to suit Tyrod's strengths. We suspect Taylor will still start in Week 1, but he may enter the season on a short leash
I have no idea what Idler arms strengths are...scrambling outside the pocket and throwing dump offs are what he seemed to do most of the time. He is in no way the type of QB to lead a vertical down the field offense - again Weenieworld has no idea what they are talking about. Good news for Peterman though who led a very prolific offense at Pitt last year!
