I'd have to agree about Snyder, either Kirk had no other offers or his agent and close personal team do not "know."

With OLB Trent Murphy on IR, the Redskins should have 3 white starters on offense (Cousins and 2 OL) and 2 white starters on defense (Kerrigan and Compton).

As much as I like Cousins for the way he cucked RGIII and stole his starting QB position, it's very hard to root for this team. Three black TE's? Good lord.

I also noticed that the Redskins have a backup safety whose first name is "Fish." Isn't diversity neat?

As of now, Will Compton has been demoted to backup status, beginning the last two preseason games behind Mason Foster and newly acquired Zach Brown. He's also been royally roasted by the media, mostly due to a poor rating by the never-challenged Pro Football Focus, which has a monopoly status on grading players. Cousins is playing under the franchise tag for the second year in a row so he's yet to sign a long-term deal to stay in Washington.

This is from a typical recent article about Compton:

For Redskins Will Compton, every missed tackle is a missed opportunity

Compton’s 2016 season was a disappointment, to say the least. The then fourth-year veteran led the Redskins in missed tackles, quite possibly the most undesirable defensive stat category. Pro Football Focus gave him a grade of 41.7 for the 2016 season, good (or bad) for 75th in the league among inside linebackers. I don’t need to explain any further. Unless you’ve hit the golf course one too many times in the past week, you know that grade is bad.

But Compton isn’t completely inept. In fact, he’s far from it. The players noticeably rally behind Compton. Although he had a down year in 2016, his experience and leadership are true commodities to the rest of the defense. His recent play may not reflect his true value. However, it does skew that value. Compton needs to perform if he wants to keep a substantial role on the team.

Recently unseated by Zach Brown as the starter, the underdog must now prove himself again. And it won’t be easy. Brown was voted into the Pro Bowl last year, having the best year of his career in a defensive scheme nearly identical to the Redskins. Compton, meanwhile, had his worst season, exposing his own personal flaws while also weighing down the defense as a whole.

For Compton, every missed tackle is a missed opportunity to earn his spot on the starting lineup back. Compton will stay as a reserve linebacker if he can’t elevate himself. But the underdog craves change. Compton’s play calling ability and leadership, if nothing else, are valuable to the Redskins. But he can’t succeed on those two qualities alone.

Compton had 103 tackles last year, a respectable number. His grade by Pro Football Focus is absurd.

Pro Football Focus has a bizarre and inaccurate grading system that regards tackles as having little value in evaluating players. This, of course, is absurd.

They evaluate good run defenders as bad run defenders by who knows what criteria. PFF's opinions should be taken with a grain of salt.

Leo and the gang I believe the deadline for teams to trim their rosters to 53 is Saturday at 4:00 EST. White knuckle time especially this season with the WR's. This season more than most will tell us which way the wind is blowing. I am in no mood to be disappointed!!!!

The Panthers play the Steelers in a few hours. I think we will see McCaffrey get to play around a half against a very
tough defense. It should be a good test/stepping stone for the season opener next week. Nothing would make me
happier than to see Christian M. win rookie of the year while rushing for over 100o yards and leading the Panthers
to the playoffes. Hope he stays healthy and gets on espn alot with his ankle breaking cuts and explosiveness!

The Pats vs Giants is a battle of quotabacks. Yuck.

Some positives. Matt LaCosse has 2 touchdowns for the Giants and Cody Hollister has 1 for the Pats. Brissettt also has thrown a pick 6 to a D-lineman.

David Mayo LB for the Panthers had a Int returned for 27 yards! He really should be starting next to Kuechly, rather than backing him up.

Jacob Hollister had now caught a TD pass for NE. Even though the twins Cody and Jacob will likely be cut, it's still pretty cool to see brothers both catch a touchdown in the same NFL game.

Another White receiver appearance. Ed Eagan making some critical catches on the Giants game winning drive from Davis Webb. LaCosse was also instrumental.

This will probably be the last time all year the Giants complete a pass to a White receiver.

Both would be good players to develop on the PS. Cody's biggest problem in college was staying healthy but has a ton of talent. Jacob is a little small for the NFL but has shown some promise this preseason.

Chicago has a large Polish population. The Bears have quarterback Mitch Trubisky and linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski on their team. Both of these guys can play. Both will be very popular in Chicago, a good thing for the Bears.

Two good white players who should have long, successful careers.

It's truly incredible how many of the black receivers taken early in the draft the past few years range from often injured to constantly injured. This is the just the latest example for the delicate future bust John Ross:

John Ross left Thursday's preseason finale against the Colts with a left knee injury. His night is done, according to ESPN Bengals reporter Katherine Terrell. Ross snagged one catch for six yards and added a 25-yard run on an end-around before exiting. He went to the locker room briefly before returning to the Bengals sideline without a helmet. The first-round rookie has speed for days but may not be a big contributor in year one.

This woman-beater may get off unscathed, as 99% of black athlete cretins do:

The NFL Players Association filed a temporary restraining order in Texas calling on the courts to block any suspension upheld by NFL arbitrator Harold Henderson. It is a preemptive lawsuit designed to challenge the appeals process arising from Ezekiel Elliott's six-game suspension, and to ultimately block the six-game ban from being imposed by the league should Henderson approve all or part of the suspension. Per PFT's Mike Florio, who has an attorney background, the next step will involve a battle by Elliott to win a ruling that would delay any suspension until all litigation has concluded. The goal of Zeke's camp will be to get that ruling as soon as possible so that Elliott can play in Week 1. Based on the league's to-date bungling of the situation, we would at this point bet on Elliott playing against the Giants next Sunday night.

He looks half Mexican to me. They have an internet photo of him with his family and his dad is clearly White/Irish but his mother is White skinned but I am guessing not fully European.

Yea the annual purge will be interesting this year since all the cuts happen at once and than the cuts and signing all occur. Hopefully it doesn't turn out at bad as I think it is going to.
