Kansas is one of those teams that should be whiter, and every year I expect improvement. Kind of like Idaho, Northern Illinois or Iowa State, other programs that should be whiter. At least those programs are getting whiter of late, maybe Jayhawks will over time as well.

The best Kansas teams over the last 2 decades were the Whitest. Coach Mangino had a good QB (who's name I always forget), explosive RB Jake Sharp and talented WR Kerry Meier.

Of course, they go black picking up C and D level brothas ever since and have been conference doormats.

Todd Reesing was the qb during the Mangino era. He was a fun one to watch

This is why you shouldn't have a sumo-laden OL...flunk out on the blocks and Bender is swallowed up by our DL guys Smart and Berger. With a roster like that it's no surprise Central Michigan and Ohio killed them.
