Since 2005, Indiana has started 11, 12, 8, 9, 9, 11, 10, 10, 14, 9, 10, and 11 whites. They could start anywhere from 8 to 10 this year, although I am fairly confident that both our guys will win their position battles. RB Cole Gest is battling for the back up tailback spot as well and should get some looks this year.

Offense -
QB - Richard Lagow
WR - Luke Timian - in a battle for position
LT - Coy Cronk
LG - Wes Martin
C - Hunter Littlejohn
RG - Simon Stepaniak
RT - Brandon Knight

Defense -
DT - Jacob Robinson
DT - Nate Hoff
S - Chase Dutra - in a battle for position

Back ups include QB Peyton Ramsey, RB Cole Gest, TE Danny Friend, LG Ryan Smith, C Nick Ramacca, RT Grayson Stover, and LB Mike McGinnis.

Nate Hoff is very strong and agile and reminds me of Kyle Williams. With his lower-body strength, he is tough to block.

Jacob Robinson is athletic, hits hard and is promising. Always making plays.

And I want to give a shout out to defensive end Patrick Dougherty, who came on strong late last season after sticking it out at Indiana: http://iuhoosiers.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=6157&path=football

2016 (Senior): Started 12 games and appeared in all 13 at defensive end and tackle ... posted 23 tackles, 17 solo, with 2.5 sacks, five tackles for loss, one fumble recovery and one blocked field goal ... collected a career-high five stops with a career-best 1.5 TFLs at No. 3 Michigan ... blocked the field goal and recorded a sack in overtime of the win vs. No. 17 Michigan State ... made a career-high five solos in the Foster Farms Bowl vs. No. 19 Utah ... added one sack in the Purdue victory.
