Christian McCaffrey proved to be the explosive playmaker that was expected if given the opportunity.. He deserves at seat at the table with the All time greats! His late night PST games were not viewed by many...but after the Rose Bowl many wondered if they could "Re-vote" for him as Heisman (instead of SEC golden boy Derrick Henry who carried the ball an ABSURD 90 times in just two games)! McCaffrey was credited with 3,864 all-purpose yards, surpassing the previous record of 3,250 yards by Barry Sanders. That broke down into 2,019 yards rushing, 1,070 kick return yards, 645 yards receiving and 130 punt return yards.

FS Zach Hoffpauir is back after one year minor league baseball hiatus ; expect him to be a Starter....the talented young Justin Reid is just keeping the seat warm

Good news, Stanford released an updated depth chart tonight and....

LB Joey Alfieri and WR Trent Irwin are now starters.

David Bright is now the starter at LG with AT Hall now taking over at RT.

So three more starters for Stanford for a total of 15!

I stand corrected - Alfieri is starting over Tyler, so it's only two more. Still 14!
