There's nothing as dramatic as a white vs black qb position battle, in college or the NFL. It looks like this year there will be several, and in many cases the white qb is the favorite, and in some cases they will be replacing a black qb from last year.
Here's the list I've compiled so far. Not complete I don't believe.
Florida
Florida State
Nebraska
Vanderbilt
UCLA
Oregon
Ole Miss
Michigan
Louisville
West Virginia
Georgia
Texas Tech
Alabama

I believe white QB's are favorites at Florida State, UCLA, Ole Miss, Michigan, Georgia, Alabama, and have about a fifty fifty chance at Nebraska, Texas Tech, Vanderbilt and Florida.
I believe white QB's are underdogs at Louisville and West Virginia
Also white QB's look certain to take over from former black QB at Rutgers and Marshall. Unfortunately a white QB is no longer favored at Oregon.

A couple of updates. Looks like a white qb might have a chance to take over at Washington, and Utah will also have a battle, but the white qb might be the favorite.

Thank you for the info. That's the kind of stuff this site used to provide a lot more of to supporters and prospective supporters but now only a very few posters do.

Former Iowa QB Jake Rudock transferred as a graduate to Michigan, where he will be immediately eligible. He's competing against five other white scholarship quarterbacks for the starting job. Next year, he will be replaced on the roster with Houston transfer John O'Korn, who will be listed as a redshirt junior. Michigan will be "old-fashioned" at quarterback for the next 4+ years.

Phall, I had thought that Wilton Speight was black but was wrong so it looks like Michigan, which seemed headed into a Quotablack direction has turned around completely for now at least. Good news.
Don, glad to contribute, these are the kind of research jobs I enjoy.

Fisher will more than likely screw over JJ Costentino and McGuire in favor of one of his precious black quarterbacks.

UCLA/Ole Miss, Michigan (wow what a turnaround), UGA (Richt does not seem to like black QBs), Alabama (Coker should finally get his chance and should be a star and propel his draft stock).

Nebraska - how long will Riley tolerate a school yard black quarterback who cannot consistently compete passes in his pro style offense, Texas Tech - Will Kingsbury screw over Davis Webb who was a star as a freshman but experienced injury issues as a sophomore for the mediocre mulatto Mahomes? Vanderbilt - who cares to be honest...lol and Florida - Mcelwain seems to prefer white pro style QBs instead of quoatbacks who are 5'10 with mediocre arms and cannot operate an offense. Grier was a highly touted recruit so lets hope he wins the job.

I believe both WVU and Louisville will have sophomore white QBs taking over.

Petersen has cleaned the huskies of black quarterbacks compiled under the Sarkasian regime.
