Always good to add another white American fighter to the mix. At heavyweight we now have: Fields Minto Mesi Marrone Chapman Plus, a few other guys like Travis Kauffman who are just getting started.

Morrison is about 6'2, 220 which makes him a very small heavyweight. Even in his prime he was on the small side (despite his big punching power). Despite being outweighed he beat Foreman, Ruddock and some others. I don't see him hanging with any of the top heavies today.

Povetkin is talented and will have little problem with David Bostice (he was the one who literally cried after being KO'd by Vitali Klitscho). But at 6'2, 220lbs Povetkin is a small heavyweight.

Zsoldt Erdei is probably the best champ at 175. Dawson has a suspect chin so Paul Briggs could also defeat him. Clinton Woods would also have a shot. Of course, there is always a chance Adamek could get a rematch and fight a smarter fight next time. He almost had Dawson in the 10th round.

Great info! I hope Briggs gets a crack at Dawson so the light heavyweight division will have all-white champs again.
