Anybody watching the US Open? Good thing no Williams sisters this year. Coco, Sloane Stephens and Naomi Osaka are all in the same quarter. So, a lot of the black hype will be diminished.

I have mixed emotions about Djokovic. He’s tied with Roger and Rafa, all with 20 grand slams. I’m a huge fan of all three, especially Roger. So, it would be kind of cool for all 3 to end up with 20. That record will stand the rest of my life, most likely.

Roger Federer has been my favorite player for the last decade on the mens side. I now love Djokovic just as much. I'm rooting for him to take down the all time record. He
is a man of faith, very smart, athletic and well spoken. He also can put the record out of the reach of any future tennnis player with about 4 or 5 more grand slams. So this for
me is the biggest reason to watch. He would already have the record if he wasn't disqualified from the US Open a year ago for nothing.

Angelique Kerber knocks off Sloane Stephens. Stephens is actually first class, quality player with no BLM agenda. Next up for Kerber is the odious Osaka.

Osaka was just defeated by 18 year old Leyla Fernandez of Canada, who is unseeded and ranked 73rd in the world, 5-7 7-6 6-4. Osaka was serving for the match in the second set when Fernandez broke serve, the first time Osaka had been broken in the match, and in the subsequent tiebreaker Osaka had a Serena-like meltdown, throwing her racket several times and smashing a ball into the stands and then generally pouting through the first part of the third set. We'll have to see how this affects her already delicate mental state. The youngster Fernandez deserves a lot of credit for keeping her composure and prevailing for her first win over a big-time player, in this case the defending champion. Next she takes on Kerber.

Certainly the optics of the match were a win for the libtards. Osaka is a half-Black Japanese, while the Canadian Fernandez's father is Ecuadorian and her mother is Filipino.

DWFs & the usual demographics that live in NYC chanting "Monfils... Monfils" against Jannik Sinner, an ethnic German from Italy. New York, consistently, has the worst tennis fans on earth. Sinner won in five sets. He looks like he might win a major at some point in his career...unlike crowd favourite Monfils.

Djokovic playing right now against Jenson Brooksby, a 20 year old White American I'd never heard of before who's unseeded and ranked 99th in the world rankings. Brooksby won the first set 6-1, was down 1-3 in the second set but then had an epic 19 minute game before finally breaking Djokovic to get back on serve. Djokovic is really going to have to dig deep now to keep his dream of the Grand Slam alive.

Novak righted the ship and appears on his way to a four set victory. Still, it's nice to see a young talented American with some potential, they've been few and far between for too long now.

Leylah Fernandez wins a great match to advance to the Women’s Semifinals beating Ukrainian national disgrace and ass ugly Svitolina who is married to a enwurd tennis player from France. This pig has an athletic former Olympic Wrestler Father who put her in Tennis at great expense. She was then spotted as a talent and a patriotic Ukrainian business man bankrolled her career, so she can later spit in the face of every Ukrainian Man. What a worthless sack of garbage. It is great she lost and by Ukrainian standards she is butt ugly.
Every country has sick and twisted women, even in Eastern Europe. At least in Ukraine she would need heavy personal security if she wanted to parade around with her enwurd husband.
Sorry for the rant Don. This was quite a disgusting surprise today.

Djokovic is on to the semis. Again he lost the first set of his match, this time to sixth seeded Berrettini of Italy, before reeling off three straight sets.

He's now won a phenomenal 26 straight matches in Slam events this year, just two more to go to achieve tennis immortality.

In a sad world with so much bad news this is uplifting. Hope Djokovic can become the greatest of all time. I've said many times that I like all the Big Three
and Federer was my favorite. Now I have a new all time favorite. Novak Djokovic is a superstar of tennis on and off the court. Let's Go Win This Thing and
shut up the self hating whites in New York. Maybe they can learn to have some pride in our culture and traditions.

Djokovic is now my favorite as well. It helps that age has caught up with the great Roger Federer while Nadal has battled a lot of injuries, meantime Djokovic just keeps rolling on, seemingly getting better and better like a fine wine. Novak has always been a class act and has a great head on his shoulders and has overcome a lot in his life growing up in a war-torn country. Ultimate respect for the man.

Leyla Fernandez, the 18 year old who was a nobody before this tournament, advanced to the final, defeating Sabalenka, the attractive Belorusian who was the second seed. If she wins the final it'll be one of the greatest upsets in tennis history.

Djokovic has looked like no one else is even in his league. Who could not be very impressed with The Human Backboard. No player can can seemingly beat him when he is on his game, which is about 364 1/2 days a year.

On the Women's side, we have a "Canadian" and "Great Britain" in the Final. Not as excited about this one but they both are lighting up the court.

I don't know anything about the other girl but I will say that it's highly unlikely that Fernandez will turn into an Osaka-like surly prima donna if she maintains this level of play. Filipinos are usually very grateful when they can immigrate to a Western country and improve their lives. I'll be quite surprised if Leyla doesn't have strong family values also.

Most of Djokovic's matches have gone four sets, so he's played a lot of tennis while Medvedev has played so little he should be fresh come the final - assuming he beats Auger-Aliassime. Djokovic has lost a few times to his opponent tonight, Alex Zverev, so making it to the final is not a done deal.

Djokovic wins a very tough five set match against Zverev and is on to the final on Sunday against Medvedev!

The New York crowd was behind Novak in this match in a big way for once. Now we get to see if he can achieve something that hasn't been done in over half a century, can't wait.

I just hope he has enough left in the gas tank. That's brutal to play 5 sets in the semi finals and have to face another guy capable of taking him out. These players from
Eastern Europe are amazing tennis players. I imagine many of them would be good at any sport they took up! Good luck to Novak Djokovic. Sunday will be very exciting
to watch for tennis fans around the world.

The top tennis players are amazingly fit. To be physically and mentally able to go all-out for up to five hours takes a level of conditioning that's well beyond just about all other sports. Quite a contrast from a lot of pro football players who exert themselves for two or three plays that last just several seconds each then huff and puff their way to the sideline while someone squirts Gatorade in their mouths.

A lot of hockey players are super-fit also.

Thank you my long time friend. You get it. I get it but so many dwfs don't!! Too many of our white brothers and sisters beLIEve in the myth of black physical superiority. It's
just cultural maxism like it's always been. As fragile in ego as most minorities are I can't imagine if they were dealt with what whites are delt with world wide on a daily basis. It's enough to make me puke. Decade after decade of being told whites can't compete. Complete lies. Always has been and always will be!

Let's go Novak Djokovic! Not only is he is the best tennis player of all time. He is also one of the worlds finest most conditioned athletes! :)

What Djokovic has accomplished is nothing short of amazing. I can remember his few years when he had a problem with stamina, it might have been due to a gastro condition or something. He set about to get his condition under control and work on his stamina. It all paid off. Mentally and physically he is tough. Wishing him luck.

It's strange to be mostly ignoring the 2nd half of games of the NFL but I'm really rooting for Novak. He is down 2 sets to 0. So frustrating.

I know a lot of people wanted to see history being made by Djokovic but hats off to "spoiler" Medvedev. Novak might have just run out of gas by the time he got to the Final. However, what Medvedev did was nothing short of amazing. His shots and power were incredible. Even the commentators of the match were saying that he was "beating Djokovic at his own game". No one has ever done that. No one. Even when Fed or Nadal have beaten him they weren't being The Human Backboard, they were just doing it with placement and shot control.

Medvedev is 6' 5" and he uses it with full-on power. I hadn't seen him play in a couple of years. I was surprised. This was his first Major title and he deserved it by beating the very best. He's also humble and his post-match speech was proof. He actually won over a very pro-Djokovic crowd that was quite brutal to him during the match.

Unfortunately I was too caught up watching football to see any of the match. What a shame Novak lost, but Medvedev was a worthy victor.

BFU, you may be right that Djokovic might have been running on close to empty. He lost the first set in every match I watched. He kept digging deep to come back and win, but that along with trying to accomplish a herculean achievement stopped him just short. If he can play at this high a level or close to it for a couple of more years he'll undeniably be recognized as the greatest tennis player ever.

Completely agree. I see no reason why he won't win at least a couple more Majors. He is 34, but Roger is 40 now and pretty much done and Nadal's injuries have taken him past his prime too. Djokovic is unreal in what he has accomplished and has more to come.
