With Kenny Stills released, Will Fuller XVII suspended for 6 games, and Cobb out of action, this should ensure playing time for Chad Hansen for the rest of the season.

Randall Cobb (toe, IR) acknowledged there's a "strong chance" he doesn't play again this season. Cobb is eligible to return in Week 15 but isn't expected to be activated. He's in a walking boot and will visit with a specialist before determining the next steps. If Cobb needs surgery, he'll be shut down for the rest of the season. Signed to a three-year, $27 million contract with $18 million guaranteed, Cobb's $12.3 million dead money hit in 2021 makes him a lock to be back with the Texans.

I’ll be writing some scouting reports for a NFL draft website. Let me know some players you’d like highlighted. Must be players entering the years draft.

the website highlights a lot of sleepers and underdogs. So I won’t be doing write ups on the Nick Bosas of the world, but more potential late round to udfa guys.

I’m most equipped to scout and most interested in skill positions! Especially DBs.

the only position I’m holding off on writing about is O linemen. I don’t think I’m capable of effectively scouting them.

There was a white cornerback from Cornell named David Jones. He went undrafted and unsigned in the 2020 NFL draft. I saw a video of him doing drills on Youtube but that's it. He looked plenty athletic to me. Based on the little I saw I think he probably could have been an NFL starter.

Did you see him play? If so do you think he could have made it in the NFL?

Check out the 2021 draft thread...I put up a whole list of prospects you can do write ups on. Look forward to reading your work!

Apparently the Texans owner (Bob McNair's son) is consulting with Watson on who the next coach should be? We have reached NBA levels of racial pandering in the NFL. Turns out Bob McNair was right - the inmates really are running the prison.

Lol, the Texans have become easy to hate. Far cry from ten years ago under Kubiak.

What a load of horsesh*t. Looks like it doesn’t matter how many affletes get hurt in front of him. Laird just won’t be allowed to start.

Also, look at the nasty shot Rabbiworld has to throw in there.

“Highly ineffective” Patrick Laird?!? He has 7 carries for 33 yards and 7 catches for 62 yards. I guess it’s hard to be “effective” when you don’t get to play.

Hurts is supposedly the starting QB for the rest of the season. Let's hope this blows up in the Eagles faces.

Sounds like Laird has been a reliable backup in limited duties, minus his fumble. 5yards per carry and about 9 per catch, not bad at all.

Exactly, they trot out every other RB they can before giving Laird a shot. Last year he was a good receiver out of the backfield. One of the worst players ever Kalen Ballage (74 car 135 yds 1.8 ypc in 2019) gets picked up by two different teams after Miami cut him and actually gets touches with the Chargers this year.

It's also hard to be "effective" when the other running backs on the depth chart completely STINK! Nothing piles up the stats like a run run pass punt offense.

https://www.outkick.com/nfl-ratings-down-at-least-7-something-nothing/

Ratings stink. Not quite wanting to pay full price for the theory that the election coverage is the main problem. I've watched 3 games this year and IMO its a substandard visual product, the games were ok but the theatre of empty stadiums, idiot masks (would we like to forget that sniffles idiocy for 3 hours?) and the ever lurking lectures disguised as commercials or game commentary kind of killing the white man audience, ratings of the most sought after age and sex demos leading the charge downward.

I think part of the problem is the attitudes of White men, too many of us and too much of our time we are basically price taking lotus eating conservatives instead of price making demanding assh*oles.

First edit, the age demo for men in the article did not break down by race or ethnicity, that would be interesting and I would bet it has been done just not released or put into that Outkick article.

Question since I see the Packers are playing Carolina on Saturday on the NFL network I might make it 4 weeks in a row of watching NFL sports entertainment. That might depend on CM playing, so anyone have an idea if he is or not?

CM is not playing this weekend according to Coach Rhule. He should be able to play week 16.

Hansen has been activated off the practice squad the past two weeks and played in the games. The same will likely happen again this week as Houston remains undermanned at receiver. But why the Texans ritually do this is beyond me. Is it to humiliate Hansen, to make sure he "knows his place"? Whatever the reason it's disgusting and inexcusable. Chad hopefully will keep producing and get an opportunity next season with a less hard-core Caste team.

2 observations:
1) CMAC should just shut down entirely - no sense in coming back for a meaningless game or two. Chalk this up to a lost season, train hard as always and come back bigger, stronger and faster next year.

2) whether or not he is activated again, it is sickening the jerking around by his supposed team that Hansen is facing. Here he is, the best WR they have had since Hopkins left... he is big, fast and sure-handed... everything a team could want except he is a few shades too light for the Marxists media and league.

Spot on with both observations. I agree and hope that CMAC just calls it a season. Bridgewater is a joke. I also hope Hansen finds a team that will respect him and his talents!

Supposedly Sean Payton thinks Jameezzz can potentially be the starting QB for the Saints next year, it sounds like this is Drew Brees swan song. Again we will see another black QB push this offseason.

And **** the Texans if they do not play Chad Hansen this week or the rest of the year.
