Regarding site naming conventions... You will also need to be concerned about censorship. Something in your face will be hard to get off the ground.. unless your CardiB with WAP apparently lol

I agree, that was my concern with having a so "on the nose" name even if it should be acceptable.

How about “CFsports” we can tell each other it means Caucasian-focused and it keeps the CF for people to relate it to here.

I like CasteSports. Putting the word ‘White’ in the name will make us look too much like a White Supremacist site and turn some folks off . I always loved the ‘Caste’ part of our name as it is subtle yet telling. The ‘Football’ part was always limiting to me as the site is about soooooo much more. One of my FF teams is named the ‘Caste Crackas’.

I think we should have White in it. That's what the site is about. We want to let people know we're discussing sports from a white perspective.

We're going to be called "white supremacist" anyway, as is anyone who wants equal treatment for white people.

I actually like that. I will add it to the poll. The Poll is for 7 days but we can extend it if needed. :)

First of all, I'd like to say any name is good if it keeps the site going. b My vote would be for my own suggestion White Athletics, which is not on the list.

For some reason ".net" sounds better than ".org" in this context. You have nets in basketball and tennis. ".org" would be better for a business or other organization.

Plus is there a reason to have it all one word? Why not White Athletes.net, for example, instead of WhiteAthletes.net? Or Caste Sports.net? Or CF Sports.net?

Caste Sports would carry on the name of the first site yet it would be a new name. People who remember Caste Football may type in Caste Football but instead be taken to Caste Sports.

I like castesports the most from the poll, the TLD shouldn't be of much concern though.

That's a good price. I think we should consider it. My vote would be 2 or 5 years to see how it goes.

Next question is who is tech savy enough to implement it with a similar format? If not we need to have Don possibly give us info of who he uses for the technical side?

ya $500 for lifetime pass isn't bad at all.

My official Caste Football journey began in 2010 (can’t believe it’s been 10 years already) by coming across a reference to the site in a VDare article by I believe Steve Sailer.

Prior to that I had grown up as your everyday American sports fan, enjoying all my local Colorado teams and pulling for and rooting against a lot of the big national brands (Bulls = Good, Blue Devils = Bad). I grew up in a 95% white community so I was insulated from most of the “ – Americans” other than some Hispanics in town and watching COPS or America's Most Wanted.

Cracks quickly formed in high school and college when I began noticing some things with no good answers such as:

·Why did the Denver Nuggets treat their lone white player at the time, Ryan Bowen, as a sideshow figure? Treating him to a few token garbage time minutes if he hustled hard in practice.

·Why are all my classmates into urban culture? Baggy pants, rap, etc.

·Why am I supposed to root for players that have no connection to the city and will leave at a moment’s notice?

·Why am I supposed to hate Duke basketball?

·Why is my college bringing a black rapper to perform using my student fees?

·Why is Mike Mamula STILL on a Top 10 draft bust list after so many bad players after him.

·And most importantly, why are there so many black NFL players?

As the years went by, sports had, for a while fallen out of flavor with me. Just like in the political landscape, with R and D, there seemed to be only two sides for sports: worship the black athlete and YOUR cities team (on the right: your classic patriotard gun owner and on the left: your hip urban liberal) or call it “sportsball” and call anyone that watches 10 minutes of it a cuck (on the right: your stormfront types, in the middle: your gamers, and on the left: your communist black bloc types). That dynamic kind of got old, and add in the Great Recession, and going through your collegiate political awakenings, and they just took a back seat for a while.

Enter Caste Football. The perfect niche for talking sports with like-minded people. A refreshing take on sports, politics, culture, etc. And for me, a whole new dynamic, of rooting for the athlete, not the team. These past 10 years have been a great outlet to discuss, dissect, and analyze white athletes, introducing the Caste System. Things I am not really able to discuss with a big chunk of co-workers or family members. But therein lies the crux of the problem as Don pointed out. It’s a silo, an outlet, and an echo chamber (with the echo ever decreasing – I know I’m guilty of the decrease in post count). And the impact isn’t there with the site effectively black listed from the normie web.

Moreover, not only with this site, but forums in general, new technologies and platforms (Facebook groups, twitter, etc.) have turned things like forums, BlogSpot, etc. into archaic dinosaurs. In addition, the dumbing down of America has occurred at breakneck speed, so a well thought out forum post will effectively be unread or ignored with a few comments, whereas a meme photo will garner tons of attention.

Here are some of my favorite (of many) highlights of CasteFootball:

·The 2011-2012 Minnesota Timberwolves

·The Peyton Hillis 1,000 yard season

·The College Football write-ups (thanks Leonardfan)

·Jaxvid’s epic commentary on the NFL weekly chat

·Commercials we HATE

·Dissecting DWF culture

·The downfall of Lindsay Vonn

·Realizing I may have got to witness the last all white college football team live (2007 Air Force Falcons @ CSU)

Overall, I want to that Don for his stewardship of the site, creating an invaluable resource for such a long time, reinvigorating my interest in sports, and, through years and years of articles and forum posts, providing a place that unequivocally showed that the caste system does exist in the sports world against the white athlete.

As others have said, I hope we can keep the small, but loyal community together in some way shape or form. Whether that be a brand new site, a discord channel, a reddit channel, an email group or whatever, I’d love to keep in touch with you all and keep the discussion going!

Excellent post ClaimJumper and so true. We are all a family here. The site must go on but secretly I hope Don decides to stick around longer whether he is in charge or not. Don Wassall is an inspiration to all of us here. Thank you my good friend.

A stroll down Memory Lane!

To me nothing is more exciting or gratifying than the discovery of a young new promising White talent. For sure it is a feather in my cap if I am the "first kid on the block" to bring attention to a new White "wunderkind" but at the end of the day no matter who brings it to our attention the discovery of new blood is of utmost importance. Throughout history renewal and the importance of spring relates to athletics as well. It is crucial that young White talent replenish the ranks because without young talent rising to the fore the well will eventually dry up and none of us here want to see that. My biggest fear has always been a lack of young rising White talent so the more young talent that is discovered the better. Young black players are routinely hyped as the next big thing and sometimes the media were correct, see Tiger Woods. Other times they fell flat on their faces, see soccer player Freddy Adu who turned out to be raging mediocrity.

And this site receives an A+ on that score. In a nutshell CF never missed a trick as far as unearthing White youth talent. One of the great legacies of CF.

While we don't have direct proof regarding the influence of CF it seems reasonable to conclude perhaps it's biggest media achievement was helping curb the rancid caste announcing that had infected TV telecasts for years. I also think to some degree CF made it OK for young White athletes to toot their own horns. It seemed for far too long budding White athletes were being too deferential. Now with the emergence of Twitter ( I estimate 80% plus of young White athletes own Twitter accounts) they brag about themselves unabashedly and I think that is a great thing to see since self confidence plays a big role in the success of athletes. I do worry though without Caste Football playing hall monitor the media may return to a full scale caste assault?

Don had alluded to this subject up above but it would have been a kick to see Caste Football as part of the mainstream media. Hell if ESPN has the race based "The Undefeated" why not "Caste Football?" But given the way race is skewed in this world today CF remained marooned on a ship in a far away ocean. Still the idea of say a CF reporter like Extra Point "reporting" from the World Series and asking questions at a press conference is amusing to contemplate.

In my opinion the most underrated aspect of CF is the sheer intelligence in sports reporting. It could get lost in the shuffle since the main thrust of the web site was to discuss and promote White athletes but sports fans should never underestimate the kind of detailed analysis and reporting that members of this site consistently put forward. In general thoughts and analysis here at CF ranks with the best out there in the world of sports.

One disappointment was the lack of female members. Through the years only a couple or few sporadically emerged and today CF only has one prominent female member.

The one topic that created the most buzz and posts was the NFL draft. Until this year I was never able to participate live during the draft but over the years I would routinely go back and read all the posts which were entertaining and often very funny. The NFL Combine is also an event that is fun to follow as well.

But the NFL draft takes the cake which is why I got such a kick out of it when I was able to participate in the discussion forum live as it unfolded for the first time ever this year. This year's draft was mainly a big downer but there were some bright spots. Despite the overall disappointing results of this draft I was happy as a clam those three days interjecting my thoughts along with everyone else as the picks unfolded.

Not sure the media will even mention CF folding up but it was an interestingly unique and fun experience.

It's great to see the core group of members here chiming and wanting to keep this forum alive.

I think Gab Pro is not a bad idea although there is still the issue of the format being highly decentralized. $500 does not seem like a steep cost though if we all contribute and get lifetime membership for a one time fee. Gab does seem committed to free speech and fighting censorship. I also think there is an option for a chat room which would be kind of cool - all of us doing live chat during NFL Sundays/CFB saturdays. Again, It's just a matter of getting used to the interface if we decide to go the Gab route.

Don - correct me if I am wrong but right now castefootball is setup as it's own independent website - you pay a fee for the domain name and for site hosting costs - the forum resides on the back end (the database contains the years and years of posts/threads - basically everything that we see in the forum) and Xenforo is software used to power the forum. If we wanted to carry the forum over with all the historical data we would probably need to have someone to a data dump (export the database from the current server) and import it into a new database. With that in mind the new database software would need to be compatible with whichever format is used by Xenforo.

There are also sites that solely exist to host forums so we can create a forum for free but would have to deal with ads, potential censorship issues, the site going out of business etc.

I do not want this community to become disrupted/disjointed - we should all come to a consensus on this. We need to all determine the best way forward in which the core group of us will continue the message of Caste Football moving forward (I hope Don will continue as a forum member!). I do hope everyone decides to follow us in whichever path we decide to take - that is really my only worry - losing the valuable contributions of long time members.

Damn I'm sorry to hear that this place is closing! I have a lot of respect for Mister Wassall who I saw in person a long time ago when he was head of the Populist Party in PA I believe. Those who like are welcome to come over to the Kool Kat Klub boxing forum, which while admittedly pathetic - but, yo Adrian,it used to be a contenduh! - was actually in existence before Caste. The address is in my sig.

The Unz site usually believes in the white athletic inferiority meme and the supernegro theory from what I have seen, if that's a concern. Which is also part and parcel of most "HBDer" bloggers philosophy many of which are hosted on Unz, you will change their minds?

Great rib tickling sentence. Don had brought this subject up recently that Arerequired ( a fine addition I might add) is the only newish member that has actually stuck. In the past several years many new posters vanished into thin air after an initial flurry of posts. Recently there was Jacque who emerged from the NFL draft and posted promising things but he hasn't been heard from since June 20th.

Reminiscing I can't help but think about a few long gone posters. I'll just touch on a few that readily come to mind. There are plenty of head scratchers too like Thrashen who I figured would still be reporting on the Patriots after the world had ended.

I was glad Leonardfan brought up Jack Lambert. A very astute student of sports such as football, hockey and basketball. He was a true star. And besides that a very polite and classy individual. Much like TwentyTwo and some others here who still post.

There were several soccer posters who intrigued me but none more than Rebajlo. Classy does not come to mind when thinking of him but he had an intimidating authority and wild brilliance about him that I found compelling. He joined in 2009 and bolted right after a thorough post regarding the Australian team as the 2018 World Cup just got underway. Another mystery poster who fell off a cliff. And in his case at a most inopportune moment.

I said to myself dance gingerly around this guy Rebaljo because I didn't want to set him off but I was able to lightly engage him once or twice and come away unharmed. Ha. That was not the case with Heretic ( another missed poster and Nebraska football devotee) who ended up getting into a donnybrook with him. If I remember correctly it had something to do with women. It was an ugly affair.

Out of all the posters who got kicked off CF Big Gun (even my birth was fixed) Real takes the prize on entertainment value alone. His take on "preordained" game outcomes remain a source of topic here at CF.

Unz has a large readership, but I agree that it's likely not a particularly fertile place for new recruits. Also, I don't think that site "hosts" other sites, merely runs opinion articles from all over the political spectrum but mostly from the right.

Another observation is that Caste Football has become more politically oriented, to the detriment of the sports aspect. This is in part because of the "pandemic," but it isn't attracting new posters, particularly the constant Jew (and black) bashing. Constant criticism of Jews is a non-starter in the U.S. at this time. At the very least it's not going to win anyone over to our side as far as exposing the Caste System. I'm sure some people don't want to hear that, but it's true.

It might be a good idea to try eliminating the explicit political threads altogether and make CF a pure sports site. In recent years there's been fewer and fewer posters who relay information on individual White athletes or post at all in the individual sports forums, while the political stuff that's being posted instead is all over the internet anyway, even with all the censorship going on. What makes Caste Football unique and vitally needed is its mission of rooting for White athletes.

I look at what's going on in America today, and the only people fighting back against the plandemic IRL are average ("normal") people of a conservative and populist bent. The small group of ghettoized "White racialists," as always, do nothing but discuss and complain, complain and discuss. It hasn't changed a bit during my 35 years of political activity -- with rare exceptions racially aware Whites do nothing and won't financially support those few who do try. Looking at things constantly and only from a racial prism seems to inhibit people from engaging in real life action, creating a kind of paralysis.

If it's to grow, CF needs to appeal a lot more than we currently do to the average Joe sports fan sitting in a bar with some buddies, talking about different athletes and teams. They don't have the knowledge of what's going on and why that many do here, and quite frankly most aren't interested to that level. If the goal is to increase awareness of the Caste System in sports we have to look at what's working or at least what has a better chance of working instead of following ideological dogma that appeals to very few people at this time. The political and racial implications of what's going on can be illustrated over and over simply by pointing out the ways White athletes are getting screwed, which of course we have done very, very well here over the years. Understatement is a lot more effective than blatant in your face overstatement. Let people come to the obvious conclusions we want them to on their own rather than "yelling" it at them.

Emphasizing sports and White athletes again and downplaying politics and knee-jerk dogma imo is how to reach more of the actual White athletes themselves and their friends and families along with sports fans. After all, that's the target audience if we're serious about what we're doing.

Don,

I've been a member back to 2004. I appreciate your work. I've been long impressed by your knowledge of sports history, which per my title is a life-long avocation of mine.

Yes, "the constant Jew (and black) bashing" doesn't do any good. Something like "because he is a Jew Sandy Koufax is overrated" is to anyone who knows baseball history sheer stupidity, won't bring new members and turns off the average fan. There are plenty of white athletes past and present to praise.

Recently more "normal" conservative-populist minded people have been noticing the MSM's playing down/ignoring black on white crime.

Again, thanks for creating the site. Your posts were always insightful and welcome.
