Against all odds it looks like 20% will be reached. Although maybe not without the kickers and long snapper? Not sure it really counts when considering the first 2 rounds were under 10%

This alone is very revealing. He was their QB. True white wide receivers are left on the shelf while some half ass athlete who has no position gets drafted. This draft takes the cake.
