Here are your 2019 Kansas City Chiefs (starters in bold):

Offense:

QB - Matt Moore
FB - Anthony Sherman
OL - Eric Fisher, Andrew Wiley, Austin Reiter, Mitchell Schwartz, Nick Allegretti, Ryan Hunter
TE - Ryan Kelce, Blake Bell

Defense:

DT - Joey Ivie
LB - Ben Niemann
DB- Daniel Sorenson

Special Teams: K - Harrison Butker, P - Dustin Colquitt, LS - James Winchester

Practice squad: TE - Nick Keizer, QB - Kyle Shurmer, C - James Murray, WR - Cody Thompson

On IR: QB - Chad Henne, WR - Gehrig Deiter

The Chiefs roster is a typical Fat Bastard roster, reminiscent of his days with the Eagles. Non-white QB, most skill players black, nearly all-black starting defense.

Daniel Sorenson is still hanging on as the starting free safety although the calls will be loud to replace him with upsider rookie Juan Thornhill. Travis Kelce is the lone "bright" spot on offense skill-wise. Anthony Sherman gets a fair amount of snaps, but is only used as a battering ram for the "real athletes". He will get the occasional pass thrown his way that will only be brought back by a ticky-tack penalty on somebody.

The offensive line is 4/5 white, which is one reason why Pat Mahomes can stay upright. The practice squad is notable for the inclusion of TE Keizer and WR Thompson, both of whom were very impressive in the preseason. They are also high on QB Shurmer to be Mahomes backup next year.

Current roster is 16 out of 53, Grade D

I'll go out on my usual limb - The chances of Mahomes coming back in 3-4 weeks are somewhere between slim and none.

I agree. I figure that they will hold him out until after their bye week, which would make the December 1 Raider game the first one back. We’ll see how Moore and Shurmer do.

Travis Kelce is now the first tight end to have 1,000 yards + receiving for 4 consecutive years. He's currently at 86 receptions for 1,131 yards. He has a decent shot at 100 catches for the year as well.

An amazing achievement from an amazing player. This might be his best season yet. I keep asking myself this question? Is Kelce the best player in the NFL today?
