Happy St. Patricks day to everyone. I'll be eating my fair share of corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes tonight, even if it is not a traditional Irish meal. I may also be having my first green beer tonight!

St Paddy's Day is when we debate the following issue: Have Irish Catholics assimulated into American culture? I always answer,no. My proof? Ted Kennedy.
Again, I won this debate, but it doesn't seem right to use a dead man as proof.
Then again, I think my friends are letteing me win so that we will have more time to drink.

celtic, I assumed you followed through on the corned beef and cabbage. So did I, in the company of my mom (I'm Irish on her side), stepdad and neighbors.

Yesterday, Yahoo had in the upper left corner by the logo, a shamrock doing a jig. Mouse over him, and he'd do the jig with so much vigor, it left his had off kilter.

Would love to go out this weekend and watch some Premier League football matches (I'm a supporter of Stoke, and Leicester). I'm not much of a drinker and very rarely consume alcohol, but watching some football on St. Patricks Weekend should be awesome.

St. Patrick’s Day is the one day during the year white people somehow manage to celebrate a white people’s culture.
