After seeing Twinkle Toes post on the 2014 AZ Wildcats I figured it was time to get the discussion going on the 2014 CFB previews. Anyone interested just reply to this thread. If anyone wants to take the lead on this and organize it feel free as well as I have been busy lately with not as much free time as in years past. I haven't been on much lately due to my new schedule and the fact everytime I login it looks more like castesoccer.us or a race mixing in islam debate :icon_lol:

I should be able to help out this year again as well, after the World Cup is finished and work hopefully slows down next week. I won't be able to do as many as the last few years, but I'll certainly do a few previews.

If we can't get enough people as in years past, I'll volunteer. If others step up, I'll step aside as my college football knowledge is not as great as others.

I'd also need the links to where you guys find the most accurate 2-deeps and stuff like that.

I think we will have enough teams to go around. I'll try to post a list of all the teams tomorrow and we can start formally getting things organized and tracked in terms of who wants to write up particular teams. The more help the better as it's pretty time consuming to do write ups for 120 or so teams

Ourlad has been posting 2014 college football depth charts but theirs seem to be based more on speculation and on using former depth charts from previous years. IMO the best way to do it is to use the official depth charts released in school media guides or on their websites. A lot of teams have post-spring charts out from earlier this year, but it will be a while until some more accurate ones are out.

2014 LSU Tigers

Currently there are 4 white starters:

Offense-
FB Connor Neighbors
TE Travis Dickson

Defense-
LT Christian LaCouture
MLB DJ Welter

Sadly, the only other white kid on the 2 deep roster is LT Ethan Pocic. At QB there is 3 teamer Brandon Bergeron a JC transfer. The 1 and 2 deep QB's are both Afletes. Les Miles has continued to overlook a wealth of talented white High School players in the state of Louisiana and has put together a roster that possibly will be the first to start 22 blacks in the near future. WR Trey Quinn will in my estimation transfer within 2 years to a school that welcomes diversity and allows a player the ability to compete regardless of skin color!

There are 116 players listed on the roster and 37 are white with most of those being Walk-Ons. 31%........This is PATHETIC!

I always get Phil Steele. I loved when he would cover the 4th string white corner which always gave me hope he might get a chance to play. Alas, such is the caste system. There are a lot of good white high school corners out there. All the detractors of this site need to watch Kansas wr Colin Spencer's high school tapes and wonder why this kid was the 88th ranked corner on scout and rivals. Clear and living proof the caste system is real and we are not all a bunch of paranoid race mongers on this site. Well sorry Thrashen and Werewolfe. But the rest of you are cool.
