Johnny Football should be the Heisman winner, without question. I suspect being a freshman, well, and his debilitating skin condition will be the only things holding him back. The guy is an incredible athlete--it's insane to think he is only a teenager! Something tells me NFL scouts won't be calling him the next Mike Vick when he's eligible for the Draft in a few years.

I think Johnny Manziel is the Heisman frontrunner. Hopefully ND loses next week and bumps Teo out of the equation. If Keuchly didn't win it last year than Teo should not this year.

Also Mike Mauti was injured once again by a cheap chop black from an indiana RB.

I didn't really check, but it seemed that Stanford's defensive line and linebackers were all or mostly white. They really shut down the 'dynamic' 'explosive' athletes of Oregon.
Also Stanford's red-shirt freshman QB, Kevin Hogan looked very good, and their TE, Zach Ertz, was exceptional.
This is a team to root for, and really always has been.
But for the past 3 or 4 years, starting with Gerhart and then Luck, they have been one of the top teams in the country, with majority white starters and white superstars.

The quacks lost the game because one of the vaunted, "athletic" RB's forget to block on a long run by the Duck QB. The RB had plenty of time and had the position to block the Stanford tackler but he failed to even attempt to make the needed block. As a result, the tackler managed to catch up with the Duck's QB on a long run down the sideline. This mega mistake cost the Ducks a crucial TD in a very tough game. But nobody is talking about that mistake. Figures.

Looks like the nightmare scenario might look like this for the mythical national championship game. USC beats Notre Dame, Florida beats Florida State, Georgia and Bama both win next Saturday, and Florida plays the winner of Bama/Georgia for another all SEC national championship game. Incompetent AA QB or not, overhyped Poly linebacker or not, all I can say is go Irish.
Its too bad the Ducks didn't have Bennet and QB, and that they lost Boyett for the year at safety. With those two in the game last night, the Ducks might very well have won, and been definetly more rootable. As it was I think I saw three white Ducks on defense for most of the game, and three represents about the combined total white defensive starters that South Carolina, Ole Miss, Georgia (now that Vasser is out for the year), Bama, LSU, Kentucky and Miss St field.

WR-Brandon Kaufman(jr.) 6'-5" (Eastern Washington) had another big game 9 catches 161 yards...he's on the NFL radar(ex team-mate Johnson drafted 4th round by Cowboys this year)

Eric Breitenstein(Wofford) had 125 yards rushing vs So.Carolina...could he be this years Nate Eachus and land a 53-man roster spot in the NFL next season??

Sophomore TE Travis Dickson led LSU in recieving 5-69 in his first real action of his career.

Athlon has him ranked as the 8th best OLB prospect for the NFL Draft, saying he could also play at DE. His fellow teammate, Chase Thomas is ranked 4th.

The Cardinal defense impressed me alot on Saturday evening. I thought they won that game for Sanford.

Thanks for the update. If you look at all the overlooked white talent that goes to Div 2 teams and compare it to the mostly marginally talented blacks out there we would have a lot more guys playing D1 ball and getting to the NFl.

#11 - Gavin McCarney - Colgate - 1,309 yards, 22 touchdowns (nation's leading rushing quarterback)
#13 - Tyler Varga - Yale - 935 yards, 8 touchdowns (8 games)

but where are the others? the facts speak for themselves. with so many White runners at the top, the Bell Curve should show several others scattered throughout the list, but the Caste System prevents the natural distribution of White performers.

the next White rusher is all the way down at #36, Morehead State's Rees MacShara. the former 4A Kentucky PoY who led the state of Kentucky with 3,073 yards and 43 touchdowns as a senior, MacShara (of course) didn't receive a single Division One scholarship offer.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed but Luke tasker is the son of Steve tasker and wants to try and play in the NFl as he is attending Don Beebes' speed camp this winter. He is a long shot but you never know.
