Has a single Hillis highlight been shown all day?  You would think 144 yards on Baltimore would get some attention other than Shannon Sharpe getting practically outraged that a white back could do that (you know he wanted to say "white boy" instead using Hillis' name).
I think it didn't help that the browns lost. They don't really talk about great performers on losing teams. If the browns would have won there would have been no way that they couldn't covered it.<div></div>

When the Eagles LOST to the Packers week one the media could not stop talking about Vick.

I just wanted to say that Tampa gettin' smacked at home was the best thing that could have happened IMO. Because, if Tampa started out the season 3-0, there's no doubt in my mind that attendance would have improved.

Looking at their schedule, they still have several "winnable" games against the plethora of "substandard" NFL teams.

Also, Charlie Batch turns 36 this year, so, quite frankly, he's all but irrelevant in the "Great Black QB Experiment" scheme. The media wanted to annoint Josh Freeman.. he is much younger. They also worship rookie (DTs) Gerald McCoy and Brian Price.

I saw where Cadillac Williams had a pathetic 13 yards on 6 carries... At CF, we don't support either team, but Pittsburgh has Heath Miller and Keisel made that great play that Quiet Speed posted. Tampa was just a total black mess..

NFL.com has Seneca Wallace listed from the Browns as the big play man for the game for Cleveland.
one sentence mention at the end of the game summary regarding Hillis.

The Casteophiles will not go quietly. They will fight tooth and nail for black supremacy since the social agenda requires this.

The skilled White players are going to start to shatter the glass.
Now, if only Hester can get some time with the ball.

Let's see if Chicago plays Craig Steltz Monday night.
I'm telling you, the NFL is afraid of promoting Hillis and other White RBs.
The media complex will not like that. Goodell will get lots of calls from down the road about all the decades they spent in the agenda.
They'll get rid of him if he deviates from the script.

Look remember sometimes guys like Goodell are like the Wizard of Oz, really just a man behind a curtain. Some of us like to think that there are earth shattering consequences for white players finally succeeding at RB or other positions, but in reality I think the barrier will go down with a whimper. The guys will keep their jobs but fans will accept a white RB as a definite possibility.

I don't think they hold back white RBs cause they hate their skin color, I think they do it because they're misinformed and are very confused when they see a white RB succeeding. They don't know how to explain it. Once several of them make the breakthrough we are all so desperately waiting for, it will be business as usual as if nothing was even wrong in the first place!

Did anyone catch Cris Collingsworthless and his stupid comment on the first play of the Jets-Miami game? Hartline had afflete Kyle Wilson beat but Chad Henne overthrew him. Anyway Collinsworthless said something like "Hartline is not someone you anticipate going deep."

Did anyone notice the brother's reaction when Collie's helmet popped off? Grabbed the helmet and demonstrated a little attitude. Maybe getting burned on national tv by an "inferior afflete" made him a little testy. For the day Collie had 12 receptions, 171 yards and 2 td's.

We discussed 100-yard games by white RBs from the 2000 season a couple times during the past few years(some of Alstott's were before-some after), but I can't find a specific thread where we did it.

I remember TJR was big in the discussion.

I was thinking we should get the info and a new thread-if necessary-going to keep track of more by Peyton Hillis and hopefully more of our men.

Hey guys, AMAZING day for our guys! I decided to enjoy it without posting here- as often times posting about the CS turns me pessimistic.

I saw on Sport's Center they only showed one Hillis run. Interestingly it wasn't his 48 yard run, it was the 25(?) yard one where he trucks over the afrolete. One of the two anchormen said something like "well he's not fast, but he can run with some punch and power!".

I think more fans will wake up, as the PTB fight tooth and nail to keep the RB position coal black and start noticing the farce BSPN H.S rankings and such- because it's becoming more glaringly obvious to people with any intelligence. And more fans will notice how white players can't get compliments, but only backhanded ones. These white coward media pundits are afraid of seeming pro white. Yep, they might even get accused of preferring white athletes for speaking the truth.

Now here's the probably bad news, even if we get more white offensive skill players, the NFL will try to balance it out to close to the 30% white demographic (for team chemistry, media and fan relation purposes? etc.) with more black QBs and o-lineman and maybe whitewashing more white safeties. A half white team (or a team with 11 white starters) would really bother any afroletes on that team- if they happen to be racist- and the Marxist media. But hey I'd take that trade off for sure.

Van_Slyke, I think you are talking about the thread where I posted all the mainstream media articles that mentioned discrimination against white RBs. I think one of the things I mentioned, was how in the year when Alstott ran for over 900 yards, he averaged over 4 YPC- which is the league average (in that weak TB offense- that was pretty impressive) and Warrick Dunn only averaged 2.8 YPC that year. It would have been nice if "Saint" Dungy would have given him more carries this year (with a FB blocking for him- to increase his YPC) to eclipse 1,000 yards- as he deserved it this year when Dunn was struggling for some reason (nagging injury?). Most years the Alsott/ Dunn rushing attack- seemed to be a nice combo and fair balance though. I posted some articles on record setting white H.S tailbacks- who went un-recruited- and a couple articles on Brian Leonard and Jesse Lumsden too.

Here are a couple of threads that deal with the issue of 100 yards games before and after 2000. I was thinking we had done more research on this, but I couldn't find it just now.

Awesome day. Probably the best day of pro-football in CF history. A white running back and receiver having the about the best day in the league? Freakin' fantastic!!!!

There are now 3 teams with games worth watching. The Colts and their largely white receiving corps, Cleveland with Hillis running, the Patriots with Welker and Edelman and maybe some significant touches for Woodhead.

Maybe the Packers might make a 4th can't miss game. Also the Vikings are getting pretty white friendly with Camarillo seeing some decent playing time. If Gerhart starts to get any carries the Vikings could be the best team since the 'D' has some white playmakers too.
Great summery of a great day! Basically what I wanted to say.

Brian Hartline had 5 catches for 84 yards, following up last week's nice TD reception. That should shut up the Caste hounds who smelled blood after he was shut out the first game, at least for a little while. The announcer during the Miami game (or maybe it was during a highlight package) said that Hartline was a "speed guy," and the team's "downfield threat." That's accurate but very surprising to hear.

I didn't hear that comment but I remember Collingsworthless saying that no one would expect Hartline to go deep. That was right after the first play of the game. Hartline clearly beat afflete Kyle Wilson yet Collingsworthless made it sound as if Hartline just got lucky and doesn't have the speed to get deep. Brandon Marshall is just a possession receiver and even the media acknowledges it.

Charlie Batch may have gotten more attention than Hillis in the MSMs "highlite packages".. but fantasy owners know the real score!

Batch: http://espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=1490

Hillis: http://espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=11461

News: Hillis had a monster game in Sunday's 24-17 loss at Baltimore, running for 144 yards with a touchdown and adding seven receptions for 36 yards.
Spin: Hillis was filling in for an injured Jerome Harrison and while Hillis has run well this season, no one could have predicted this type of game against a stingy Ravens' defense. Hillis ran hard, as usual, but also showed that he can make big plays, ripping off runs of 25 and 48 yards. Hillis had already outplayed Harrison through the first two games on a yards-per-play basis, so he might have wrestled the starting job away.

We knew!

It definitely wasn't Collinsworth as I always recognize his snake oil salesmanvoice. Must have been on a highlight show.

Of the 7 black QBs that started yesterday, only 2 threw for as many as 200 yards (Vick and McNabb), and none threw for 300 yards. Black QBs went 3-4 but in two of the matchups both teams had black QBs (Philly-Jax and Tampa-Pitt). All He Do Is Win threw for aleague low118 yards.

Of the 23 White QBs that started yesterday, 20 threw for over 200 yards. Only Derek Anderson, Carson Palmer, and Jimmy Claussen in his first start fell short. Six White QBs threw for over 300 yards and 2 for over 400 yards (Rivers and Orton).

If a team can "steal" Chase Coffman from Cinci's practice squad, Carolina has to be another candidate.

They have been screwing Gary Barnidge, but I also saw an injury report that said his ribs aren't totally healthy. Clausen needs a "safety valve" that can get 12 yards a pop. Sign Chase!

Frank Zombo is starting at ROLB tonight in place of Jones, Nance is a healthy scratch meaning they only have two active ball carriers for tonight: Jackson and John KUHN!

John Kuhn running the ball tonight what will be the reaction of the announcers. I bet they mention Peyton hillis as an example of John Kuhn's running style. I hope John gets many touches I beleive he can be just as good as Hillis if given the oppurtunity.

I was watching the pregame show on espn and cris the clown carter was puffing up Vick's performance so far this season. Carter said that seeing Vick stay in the pocket and throw the ball will have a trickle down effect to the lower levels of football for all the affletes playing QB since they all idolize him and how he plays. Such a joke. Why didn't he say anything about Hillis and how his style of play will make other players at the lower levels have the same style?

Just another brotha trying to prop up his kind...pisses me off to no end.

Zombo with half a sack on the first drive for the Bears. Shame he went undrafted, isn't it?
