And it certainly doesn't hurt that Wentz and Allen turn out being the QBs shining at their expense.

Yes! QB still staying strong. We have a good mixture of seasoned Vets and Younger guys holding it down.

Let's hope Wentz has something in his back pocket here with under a minute left.

Spoke too soon on Jackson! Colts defense folded 2nd half.

Wow horrid week for kickers. Blankenship misses the game winner...

Wentz doing everything he can to secure the win but his nerd kicker and coal black defense have given the game away. Oh brother….

It makes no sense to cater to gays... those people are not huge football fans.

it is all about the agenda to weaken US men... weak men are easier to control. The elites want full control.

Colts defense was trash 2nd half.

Only 1White Defender between the two Teams, and combined Defenses gave up over 800yards passing. Yet NFL still limits it's Defenders to 1 Ethnic Group LOL

The Colts snow plow o-line played great, pushed around the Ravens' vaunted defense much of the game. Mark Andrews was the hero for Baltimore, no way they come back and tie it without him. And Carson Wentz's comeback from what was done to him by the Eagles continues, lots of pluses in this game.

Wentz passed for over 400 yards, 2 TDs, no interceptions. He was let down by his defense (coal-black except for Andrew Sendejo) and his kicker, who missed the game-winning field goal and missed an extra point earlier in the game (if he'd made that, the Colts would have had the lead at the end and the field goal wouldn't even have been necessary). I'm being fair here, not even going to blame the kicker for the blocked field goal; that one was on the linemen.

Since we at Caste Football are some of the few that praise kickers when they do well, we have every right to criticize them when they fail.

Jerry Reb, agreed. Kicking has seemingly gotten worse over the past few years. Sure there are big legs, but I’ve seen, anecdotally, too many gimme field goals being missed. I wonder the root causes for this?

And in another note, it drives me crazy to see Jackson put up those stats that make him look damn near perfect when he never has to throw into tight coverage...

How can defenses play so poorly against the Ravens??

Colts pass rush was non-existent in the second half. Jackson had time and to his credit made the correct reads and throws. The colts defense was very much talked about coming into the year - especially the pass rushers and they simply disappeared last night.

There seems to be a real ignorance among coaches and coordinators to go back and study tape - there are defensive schemes out there to combat mobile qbs/zone reads - teams in the early 2000s game planned to stop Vick, teams in 2013 game planned to begin neutralizing the read option. Now neither of those are being taken into consideration.

The read-option is high school football too... amazing that NFL defenses filled with the world’s “best athletes” as they like to say, cannot figure out how to stop a high school offense.

Exactly!! When you take out all of the gym rat/overachievers the coaches have to scheme to the lowest common denominator on their D. How hard is it to just tackle the damn quarterback. Let the outside linebacker mirror the running back and have the defensive end crush the quarterback every time, if the running back breaks a few at least you are hammering the qb and demoralizing him. I know it is hard to hit the qb now with the rule changes.

Yep, and the only thing the DWFs will notice is some random mistake by Sendejo...

If my memory serves me correctly back in 2013/2014 defenses just started collapsing the line and hitting both the QB and potential ball carrier on option plays. Now it seems defenders try to contain the QB during the option rather than attack downhill. Could be another rule change that was slid into rulebook or just inept/scared defensive playcalling.
