Miss the posters who used to take care of this stuff.

Anyway Duke thankfully beat caste Kansas tonight. Freshman Matthew Hurt along with Jack White ( who had two key steals late) and Alex O'Connell all played decent minutes. None of them shot the lights out but this is a team to root for no question. And a great opening win. Big fan of Coach K. A class act.

I'm most looking forward to watch Mac McClung at Georgetown and Nico Manion at the Univ of Arizona. Both of these guys will
be in the highlights throughout the season and one if not both of them should be in the nba draft next summer!

I would love to see Mac McClung win the NBA Dunk Contest in the next few years. It will help make him a household name. He has so
much talent and a 48 inch vertical leap to go with it!

I missed the Duke Game last night. I'm glad they won. Will have to catch the big 3 tearing it up this year for the Blue Devils.

Caste Busting Team Alert!! Number 17 ranked Utah State starts 5 gym rates. An amazing contrast to their caste-tinged football squad. Their leader is sharpshooter and volume scoring guard Sam Merrill (SR). After averaging 21 ppg last season, he started this season off right with 28 in the win. Rounding out the starting 5 are guard Brock Miller (rsSO), guard Abel Porter (rsJR), forward Justin Bean (SO) and the big Pole Kuba Karwowski (JR/ juco transfer) at center. Even 3 of the 4 bench contributors were Mighty Whiteys. Hopefully some of you west coast guys can find their games on the TV.

I was able to Watch The Wisconsin Vs St Mary's Matchup. For Wisconsin Reuvers 22pts 6reb and 4blks and Brad Davison 16pts 4ast were the only Bright Spots for The Badgers. Once again looking at a potentially weak Wisconsin Team and a huge part of that is lack of depth off the bench. Not to mention affletes King and Ford are absolutely horrible. HC Gard has been decent since replacing Bo Ryan but leaves a lot to be desired. Many Badger Fans have him on The Hot Seat.

For St Mary's it was mainly the Jordan Ford Show with contributions from a host of Pale Faced teammates.

I caught the end of the UK Vs Michigan State Game. Was hoping for a Sparty Victory. Ole Dicky V was his usual self salivating over Supa Freshman for Kentucky. The guy doesn't give a rest with his over the top Caste 101 personality.

I saw where Joey Baker for Duke didn't get to play a minute last night. Time to think about leaving if he's not going to get any playing time at the beginning of the year. K has become the poster boy for a caste whore.

I’ll try to highlight some of the other top 25 teams to follow as I have the time. It seems like this year might be overall better as even some top ranked Caste teams like Louisville, Seton Hall and Oregon feature a very critical White starter. Anyway onto the #8 ranked Gonzaga.

It’s been a few years since we could enthusiastically root for the Bulldogs but that will change as the last 2 recruiting classes have been better and some of the darker upperclassmen have moved on. Preseason Naismith Watch List nominee Killian Tillie missed the opener recovering from knee surgery. The French senior will hopefully avoid injuries, which derailed his junior season. If so, the athletic forward could have a huge season and cement his status as a first round pick.

The other player to get excited about, based on the first game explosion of 28 points, is junior forward Corey Kispert. Hopefully he emerges after being more of a role player last year. The other starter opening night was Serbian sophomore Filip Petrusev. It’ll be interesting to see if they start 3 Whites when Tillie is healthy or if Petrusev heads to the bench. Rounding out key rotation guys is Drew Timme, who’s a big man off the bench. Otherwise there are a few other bench guys (4 of 5 were White in the opener) but they got very minor minutes.

Go Zags!

Omer Yertseven the 7 footer from Turkey had 20 points and 12 rebounds for Georgetown tonight. Mac McClung had 16 pts as they got a nice win over Saint Marys.

Two more teams worth supporting are playing right now; Virginia and Syracuse.

Virginia, who is ranked #11, is actually having a down year regarding White athletes. They still have 7’-1” Jay Huff logging major minutes and guard Kody Stattmann competing for minutes. Marquette transfer Sam Hauser is on the roster but won’t play until next season due to the NCAA rules.

For Cuse, they return starting forward Marek Dolezaj (JR) of Slovakia and the coaches son guard Buddy Boeheim (So). In addition to the two starters, exciting scoring machine Joe Girard III comes off the bench. Look him up to see all of his HS accolades as it’s too many to list. Just phenomenal. Another potential Jimmer Fredette in the making.

Joe Girard III is a human highlight machine. One of the greatest high school scorers I've ever seen. Small but lightning quick and the best shooter in the country without a doubt. Glad he went
to Syracuse. He will look good wearing Orange!

The Big Man Dutchman Matt Haarms had a stellar season debut for Purdue. 16pts 7reb and 7 Blocks! At 7'3 250lbs he should be garnering NBA attention.

Few notes from tonight so far. Iowa has the whitest team from a major conference this year.

Kentucky and NC have one thing in common. Mainly caste but they both added senior transfers of note and both played well tonight. Nate Sestina had an efficient night starting with a 12/11 rebound night for KY. And off the bench Justin Pierce had a big night with a 18/12 stat line for NC.

Duke had two white starters tonight. Alex O'Connell was terrific with an efficient 14/6 rebound game. Freshman Matthew Hurt was also solid with a 9/5 stat line. Even Joey Baker got 14 minutes and scored 4 points.

Didn't see any of these games except for Iowa but at least some spark from some white payers. NC has super stud big man Walker Kessler coming in next season. Speaking of NC instant media hero PG Cole Anthony ( black) had a big opener and scored 20 with 10 rebounds in this one. But it took him 24 shots. When was the last time a white player from a power five school took 24 shots in a game? And you can bet it wasn't a freshman.

In addition to Utah State star Sam Merrill two other Utah teams bear watching.

BYU has a dynamic play making back court in senior TJ Haws and Arizona sophomore transfer Alex Barcello. They were the key players in their opening night win. Overall BYU has a white friendly roster. PG Jessie Wade unfortunately is probably out for the year with a knee issue.

Same with Utah. While PF Riley Battin returns it is worth noting they have a bevy of white freshman of consequence. Much publicized Rylan Jones had a triple double last night and PF Branden Carlson is a very mobile and talented big man. Throw in wing freshman Jaxon Brenchley and Elias Ballstaedt along with gigantic 7'4" Matt Van Komen and you have a lot of homegrown young talent. All of these freshman played high school basketball in Utah. They drubbed a team last night by 94 points which set an NCAA record in point differential.

And there is more on the way. They just got a commit from a top 100 talent in Swedish import Pelle Larsson a combo guard class of 2020.

Such a shame the Utah football team goes in the opposite direction recruiting a lot of out of state (non white) players.

this is accurate, if by “major conference” you mean the Power Five conferences, but it’s also possibly the understatement of the year.

Iowa started an all-White lineup in their season opener. overall, they saw 10 total players with double figure minutes of game run, and 8 of them were of the overachieving, gym rat variety. they’re a young, long, athletic bunch with a senior sharpshooter and depth but without much size in the post. it’ll be interesting to see how they come together.

the Hawkeyes are clearly a team to cheer for this season.

For Iowa sophomore swing player Joe Wieskamp is a key player. He scored an efficient 16 points last night and has some Gordon Hayward in his game. Only time will tell if he can fully reach that rarified level.

Two athletic newcomers are rangy F Patrick McCaffrery and redshirt freshman guard CJ Frederick.

Mac McClung made a mistake going to Georgetown. Patrick Ewing is probably racist, but moreover he's just a terrible coach. On paper it was his best offer but I think he would have fared better at Rutgers or Seton Hall.

I watched Duke's first game, the black players are horrible ballhogs. Will drive in and put up a bad shot against 4 defenders when whites are wide open for corner 3s right next to them, or will take the ball all the way on a fastbreak refusing to pass to the white 10 or 20 feet ahead of them.

Coach Kuck is going to screw him over even worse than he did O'Connell. Baker was much higher ranked, had his redshirt freshman season burned, and now doesn't get to start as a "sophomore," isn't even in the rotation.

You right Old Scratch about Baker burning his redshirt year. I read in the local papers that he was asked to give up his redshirt year due to Duke having several injured players and he did, but it didn't result in more playing time. I don't think he will ever get major playing time at Duke. Saw him play in high school twice in Fayetteville, N.C. good hops, mid-range shooter but not a good ball handler. He needs to go to a school where coaches can help him develop. That won't happen at Duke. K really wants players who will be one and done.
