The week begins with the Saints taking on the Falcons. I predict Crissy will have a lovefest going for Alvin Kamara, so be warned if you choose to watch. Alvin Kamara is good no doubt and the creative offense takes advantage of his skills. Zach Line is the number one FB now for the Saints. Too bad blocking is his only job description except for a rare run or pass opportunity. His blocking was terrific last Sunday, deserved a game ball. I'm on the Taysom Hill bandwagon, he could be at Green Bay starting, however.

The lack of posts regarding last night's game is not just by chance. I tuned in mostly because I wanted to see the Saints' LB Klein and then I noticed DE rookie Hendrickson getting more snaps. Alas both got injured during the game but nothing serious from what I could tell. But adding more salt to the wound athletic LB Anzalone, who got injured very early in the season, is out for the year as far as I can tell. And athletic TE Fleener was recently placed on IR. All of a sudden the Falcons -Saints game resembled a slow death in my eyes.

As big a sports fan as I am if the NFL is going to look like what I witnessed in the second half last night I will stop watching plain and simple. It is too painful to absorb--where the white athletes flutter around the edges ( I know there were two white QB's but that doesn't rescue the damage) and are either back ups and or barely there. That is the sole reason I have STOPPED watching the NBA all together. Sure there are a few bright spots in the NBA but not enough to overcome the paucity of key white players and in general whites are relegated to being a minor backdrop as more and more young black stars emerge to go along with the older black guard. And the black hype machine in the NBA is unrelenting and suffocating. I still watch certain teams in college basketball but my viewing habits have dramatically changed. I don't like the NBA game anymore. For reasons even beyond the obvious caste stuff this once fun and exciting league turns me off. It feels boring to me now.

And boring is the word for last night's NFL game despite the close score. Since I stopped watching the NBA if the NFL veers towards the racial/caste make up of last night's game I will stop watching the NFL as well. I haven't given up just yet as there are some key players and teams still out there to root for but if like the NBA those teams and players dry up I will say goodbye to the NFL as well. And I am sure some others on this site feel the same way. Why subject yourself to something that feeds the caste machine and leaves you on the outside looking in? At some point you have to pull the plug for the sake of sanity.

I honestly had to check whether the game was last night or did they move it to a Friday since there was 1 post about it...

The NFL is getting harder and harder to watch for the reasons Shadowlight cited. The anti-American "protests" also make things worse. It's no surprise they have declining attendance.

I agree with the sentiment, when Klein went down, I almost completely lost interest...
Brooks Reed is a solid player for Atlanta, but he's used more in a rotational capacity..
Hooper is a nice TE, but gets very few targets.
Brees nor Ryan were really on their game.
I don't think anyone missed much.

Also I'm so sick of hearing how athletic Deon Jones is. He ran a 4.59 at the combine, which is the same exact time Paul Worrilow ran at his pro day, outside in the weather. Funny how Worrilow is too slow, but Jones is some athletic freak...

Maybe I have always been on edge but why does it seem so pronounced now. When posters start bringing up players from the past a sense of joyful memories flooded in. I know it wasn't great back then either but why do I cheer up at the mere thought of certain bygone players? And perhaps if say Jordy, Decker , the rookie WR's as a whole and Chris Hogan were really killing it along with Thielen etc. I wouldn't be so pessimistic. Maybe I am expecting too much. But the NBA and these NFL protests likely reveal the source of my anxiety along with the fact that the 'white pipeline" from high school to college is horrendously thin making any large breakthroughs for the white athlete in the near future slim to nil.

Using the NBA as a guide I have noticed something over the past several years that certain star players" seem " to be running the league. That would include guys like LeBron James and Seth Curry and there are others, all black of course. And now in the NFL you see the black players pulling their weight around with the protests. As the white fan and so often the white player, sits on the sideline, we are witnessing the beginning of a complete black take over in sports. By take over I mean they get to dictate from stem to stern the way they want the league to play out. In the past it was the owners and management and the results weren't great either but this new alternative is worse using the NBA as an example. Baseball according to all reports I have seen will have dramatically less skilled white players ( CF's, SS's) within 5 to 10 years. And there aren't that many now. It is hard to conceive that this black take over will benefit the white athlete. Instead it will hinder them see the NBA as an example once again. That the mainly "black locker rooms" will dictate who gets the ball etc. Just look at the history of the relationship between the black QB and the white WR that was uncovered on this site and how it has decimated even the great white WR's. There is hard evidence to support what is now a fact. I fear that the white athlete will be pushed even further into extinction. And as I said up above I will simply stop watching and following sports if it becomes an even more tedious example of a wide spread black take over.

Not giving up hope but my constant unease is not something "in my imagination" either.

I agree to a certain extent. I follow bits and pieces of the NBA mostly because of the few good foreign players that seem to be thriving; Porzingis, Jokic, Nurkic, Vucevic, etc. Of course wanted to follow Hayward before his injury and Love and Kaminsky. That's about it.
With the NFL, I've stopped watching almost completely except for the Panthers, but only because of McCaffrey and Kuechley. I will also watch the Patriots when they televise their games here in NC. However, I haven't given up all hope just yet, either. Seeing Burkhead, Woodhead, and McCaffrey getting playing time and succeeding give me a little hope along with Theilen, Kupp, etc.
I'm probably going to rub some here the wrong way, but I've said it before and I'll say it again. Most white people quite frankly either don't care or are too lazy to get out and participate in athletic activities and if they do, it's generally baseball, wrestling, or hockey. Many whites have given up, are seeking some other form of amusement, or if they do play, regulate themselves to positions they feel they still have a chance play. Oh, they'll go out for football and be a part of the team, but they won't go the extra mile and do what it takes to be an exceptional athlete. It takes a lot of work to become and athlete that's good enough to play college football much less play in the NFL and both kids and their parents aren't willing to the extra mile to become or help their son become an exceptional athlete. Plain out toughness is a big part also. Kids just aren't tough anymore. We live in a soft society. You better raise your kids hard because life is neither easy nor fair.
With all that said, I for one realize more than anyone here how much of an uphill battle it is for white kids to get a shot at D-1 football or the NFL, but in order for them to make more strides, they're going to have to out work and out tough the other guys or it will never happen.
I've been through and seen it all, form taking my son to combines at an early age to visiting colleges and coaches and the whole recruiting process and I know what it's like. It's not easy and with exception of two major knee surgeries, he would have more than likely made it to D-1, but it wasn't meant to be, however I've seen what it takes. I'm in my fifties and I'm not having anymore children, but you can rest assured if either of my boys have sons, I'll do everything I can to help them athletically should they want to play. They have the genes. They just need to capitalize. I hope some of you younger guys here will do the same if you're children have the desire to participate in athletics!
There's going to have to be more white participation, work and toughness and their parents have to be willing help if there's going to big time changes in the racial make up D-1 Football and the NFL, and there's never any guarantees!

.....and yes the white athlete, especially in football will become extinct if we just roll over and let it happen!

I'm hesitant to say, because of privacy, mostly his. With a little research, some here could find out who he is, and there are some who might even know. I will say, he was told in public by more than one D-1 college coach and recruiters that he would not be recruited because he is white. I have said too much already, but I and my son experienced it personally and would just like to encourage or help others if I can. I hope you can respect my position at this time.

I do. The reason I asked was that my young cousin a few years back was recruited to play at D-1 school as a safety/corner. He played only special teams his 1st year. The second year he was just as good or better than the affelets who came in the same time. They played he did not. He knew this, his father knew and I of course knew. After his second year he packed up and withdrew from that school. He came back home, gave up football and just graduated from UCLA with a degree He got a 1st hand experience of the castesystem. He was initially crushed as was his father.

Carolina Speed what is shocking about your story is the coaches and scout out right told you and son that he would not be recruited cause he is White. Talk about overt discrimination.

Absolutely the burden falls on the shoulders of the white athlete and their families. Many to most black kids strive to make it into the big time. A lot fail but they are out there running the 40 yard dash at the age of three. Completely dedicated. White athletes over the years in general have adopted the "why bother" attitude as they have been made to feel inferior to blacks as small children. And if a white athlete does strive to get to the top he has to try extra hard and persevere because the obstacles are mind boggling. There are the social barriers to deal with as well. Will a white family want there kids to be surrounded by rough and tough inner city blacks? And there is the early slotting where white athletes are taught "not to run fast."

But at the end of the day Carolina is correct it is up to the white athlete and whether they still have the desire and guts to reach the top levels of sports. It is far easier for them to play with their I phones and become completely distracted by the girls--which we all can understand but the girls will come with success anyway so it is a matter of priorities when it comes to the white athlete and sadly for many they just don't have the will power to see it through.

I've always been a huge track and field fan. In my honest opinion more white families should get their kids involved
in sports like sprinting. Soccer would probably be my 2nd choice for developing quickness, coordination, balance
and explosiveness. These two sports can only help when these kids transition into sports like football or basketball.

Plyometrics drills also are huge in helping to improve your athletecism.

I turned on CBS a few minutes early and caught the end of NFL TODAY and their 4 down segment. The last question was “do the jags win a playoff game” and bill cowher’s response was I think Russell Wilson should be considered for league MVP

#22 vs. #22 Today...Harrison Smith & Christian McCaffrey. + Luke Kuechly & Adam Theilen
Rudolph TD catch from Keenum.

IMO McCaffrey needs 15-18 touches on Avg....(10/12 carries & 5/6 catches)...as i speak Stewart runs a long TD; O-Line had a hole a car could drive thru.
Newton is running too much...don't see him lasting 2-3 more years with that style; needs to get back to working w Pocket presense..the thing that helped him get to Super Bowl; hasn't been the same since.

Sean Payton wanted to Pick McCaffrey but the Panthers got him 1st...imagine McCaffrey in Saints Offense w Brees (reason Kamara enjoying success)

Brenton Bersin SICK CATCH of 17 yards...DB Andrew Sendejo flipped him over

With Olsen, Bursin, and McCaffrey on the field at once, the Panthers are one of the better offenses in the league to watch.

I also saw safety Colin Jones on the field in nickel coverage. About time.

The black supremacist agenda is obvious. There are white quarterbacks clearly having better seasons than Wilson. Brady and Wentz are examples.

The anti-whites want a black to win the MVP award, not a white man, so they constantly promote blacks over whites.

Trubisky looking very sharp today. The Bears were unfairly criticized for trading up to get him.

Amazing that Green Bay against Cleveland is an unwatchable black quarterback battle.

The announcer in the Bears - Bengals game is very annoying. He talks slowly with too much space between each word.

Goddamn Stewart had one good carry and now is getting a bulk as per usual, although McCaffrey is involved he hasn't had any big plays so far (15 yard catch). I'd love for him to score on a long carry...
