Steelers starting two White OLBs, Watt and Chickillo in for the injured Dupree. Hopefully Chickillo has a big game as he's always productive.

And just as I write this, Matakevich blocks a punt and Chickillo recovers it in the endzone for a TD!!!!

Just heard Bill Cower during halftime highlights of the Matakevich and Chickillo blocked punt and TD mockingly exclaim, "Where do they get these names?!!". Can you imagine if he mocked, oh let's say, the ludicrous first names that about 7 out of every 10 Black players have? And those are given names...whereas you inherit a last name. Nuts. Just nuts.

I'm telling you, the double-standards and open disdain for Whites is insane.

Oh the horror! 2 pale faced LBs with ethnic European names. Cowher just isn't used to that!

Well Matakevich and Chickillo are some pretty weird ethnic names when you compare them to good ol' fashioned strong American names like D'Brickshaw,Barkevious, and O'Terrius Jabari.

O'Brien pulled Savage for the black quarterback. Screw him and the Texans.
Wow talk about a short leash. Young Black quarterbacks never get pulled that early because of the concerns about hurting their confidence. No such concern is ever shown for a young White quarterback.

One half of play in the first game of the season AT HOME, no less! I hope they tank for the season if he doesn't put Savage back in at least next week. Sorry JJ, your coach is a nwo puppet at this point.

I quickly skimmed a Texans' DWF message board and of course they're mostly all pleased that the magic black quarterback was inserted. One of them had some sense though

Savage was 5/10 passing, but 4 of thsoe 5 hit the receivers in the hands and were dropped. I'm not sure what else Savage was supposed to do. The sacks were his biggest issue, needed to get teh ball out, but I feel like the defense was playing him different than Watson since they knew Savage cant move.

Like, clearly he cant operate well enough behind this o-line, while Watson can.

I remember seeing and reading the lukewarm (at best) and big disappointment (at least) reaction when the Steelers picked T.J. Watt in the first round. I wonder if Steeler DWFs feel the same way right now.

Houston QB Deshaun Watson had his velocity measured at 49 MPH at the Combine. This is very low.

Unfortunately many of them probably do.
