I never mentioned Adu because I just assumed everyone already knew about him. It's like saying the sky is blue. Everyone knows Adu was one of the biggest flops in history.

The U.S. media treated him like a God when he was 14 years old. Nike even gave him a $1 million dollar contract at FOURTEEN YEARS OLD!! Before he even played his first professional game!

Speaking of more flops, Maurice Edu, the guy who is famous for completely missing the ball, recently transferred to Stoke City of the Premier League. The guy has absolutely no first touch - ball always bounces 7 feet away - and he has no basic dribbling skills. How does this happen? :der: As you were saying Frederic, this shows you how stupid some English clubs are. They don't even do proper scouting

They keep signing players like Edu and Eddie Johnson, but then you have white British players like Joe Allen and Ricky Lambert who never would have gotten the chance to play in the EPL if their teams weren't promoted and then they do really well.

Edu's parents are Nigerian immigrants who teach in American and now their son gets to play football in the biggest league in the world. Aren't we whites nice to black people? Why don't we look after our own.

I am so sick of immigration.

The parents probably work for public school so are supported by taxes too.

How many white players in the 2nd division should be playing in the first over some overrated African or Brazilian.

there are many people here from europe, me for example :thumb:
and in europe the only thing we see from the USA is some things about beckham or other european star players (sometimes we hear about henry for example)
and that's it
honestly when adu went to france (monaco) there was no difference with other black players, we have a lot like him
so i didn't think too much about him
i just heard that he was suposed to be one of the best young talents out there, but we hear this about so many blacks...
i learnt that adu was so over-rated on this forum

jay jay okocha:

Okocha.jpg

this nigerian was transfered to paris saint germain after the 1998 world cup
he became the most expansive player in the history of the league
and the biggest flop ever in france, too

a stat says it all: he was a play-maker with 8 assists in 4 years

then he left to england when nobody wanted him anymore at PSG

another black player had a similar path with very high expectations (not as high though, but still very hyped):

stephane sessegnon:

150px-Sessegnon_in_2009_match_against_Nice_cropped.jpg

he was compared with okocha
then he was so awful that he was mocked by the fans, and PSG had to sell him in england

black play-makers....they virtually don't exist

i remember odonkor from the 2006 world cup:

images

he used to come in from the bench and everyone was bragging about how powerfull he was, the new multicultural and mixed germany, ect

then he had injuries and failed to live up to the hype, and he went from a spanish club to the german 3rd or 4th division
now he is in an obscure ukranian club according to wikipedia

21 year-old Congolese winger from France Gael Kakuta is a Chelsea flop. He's officially been with Chelsea since 2009 and has failed to make it to the first-team. Last season, he wasn't even good enough to start for Bolton. He's been loaned out to 4 different teams and is now with a small Dutch club. He's played a lot of games for France's youth teams, but it turns out that he was never good enough.

A Chelsea supporter says: I saw him in the open session training in Seattle.... lots of tricks, pace and hunger but anytime he came up against Luiz or Cahill, he kept getting owned and crumbled to the ground. It was funny... too bad.

ah, i'm not surprised to hear that, it was highly predictable

a global blak flop: last season doncaster played in english second division, and they were very ambitious
they signed many experienced blacks from the french ligue 1, but they were relagated in 3rd division and most of these blacks are now whithout a club

some of these blacks from french ligue 1:

El-Hadji Diouf, Hérita Ilunga, pascal chimbonda, habib beye, herold goulon, lamine diatta, habib bamogo, mamadou bagayoko, and fabien robert (another brother of laurent robert, former newcastle player, i'll add him to my list of french related non-white players)

papiss cissé is know for the spectacular goal he scored last season against chelsea
he had a good start with newcastle and was, with demba ba, perhaps the most dangerous african striker in a top league

yet this season he didn't score yet, in 4 full matches (360 minutes)
his last goal was last season, 7 matches ago, so 630 minutes whithout scoring for him, which is terrible
and he made no assist either

mbaye niang from AC milan:

This boy is a joke. He got so much attention and playing time, but he hasn't done anything. He has scored only 1 goal for Milan in 31 games.

and his goal was scored in the italian cup, not even against a 1st division team

img-m-baye-niang-milan-ac-1363076540_620_400_crop_articles-167607.jpg

remember how he used to be discribed:

Niang is described as "a phenomenon" and "a striker out of the ordinary" and made his professional debut, at the age of 16, in April 2011, in a league match with his former club Caen against Toulouse. His playing style has also drawn comparisons to fellow Milan striker Mario Balotelli

yet he had the same stats in france
he scored 2 goals in his previous season in france, including a goal scored with the hand

now he needs to play with senegal internationally (so far he refuses because he thinks that he can play with france) and he will probably leave AC milan soon

Alvaro Pereira @ Inter Milan.
Alvaro-Pereira~4.jpg

Hailed as a great reinforcement for Inter and paid 10M euros for his transfer from Porto (a very large sum for an Italian club these days). Currently he's sitting on the couch with occasional playing episodes. He only played in 5 Serie A games this season (mostly coming in from the bench the last 20 minutes or so). Rumored to be on his way to Tottenham as soon as this winter...

remember when demba ba and papiss cissé were scoring goals? :icon_lol:
In new signing Papiss Cisse, they have a man with all the potential to be equally explosive as Ba, and who had a better goals record in Germany.
With the pair of them firing in attack they could take Newcastle into the all-important fourth place spot. Do any side in the league have a better strike partnership?

Against Manchester United two weeks ago the side were outstanding and superior in every area, and crucially they seem set to hold onto key midfielder Cheik Tiote, after earlier concerns he could be flogged in January.

http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2012...ba-ba-can-fire-newcastle-united-to-the-champ/

now it's more like this:

Papiss Cisse has gone from golden boy to tarnished idol in alarming fashion.
His miserable season has been compounded by Senegal’s elimination from the World Cup finals by Cheick Tiote’s Ivory Coast.
Cisse played the full 90 minutes of the crucial second leg in Casablanca at the weekend but, as always this miserable season, failed to score and his last opportunity to take part in the finals of a World Cup appear to have passed him by.
Cisse will be 33 the next time the four-yearly jamboree comes around in Russia.
If United boss Alan Pardew, still waiting for Cisse’s first Premier League goal of the season, was hoping his No 9 would return before the Norwich home game flying with both a goal and qualification in his kitbag to increase fragile confidence then his worst fears have been realised.
Cisse’s fall from grace has been startling.
When he first arrived in January of 2012 from German club Freiburg he became the talk of the Premier League with an avalanche of goals.
Thirteen in 14 matches to be exact and each one seemingly better than the last, culminating in a world-class scorcher at Chelsea.
The whole of football was envious about what United had in their midst – but then came the first stutter. Cisse never found it easy in harness with Demba Ba and hated being pushed out wide.
Nothing, though, prepared us for this campaign which significantly started badly when Papiss became embroiled in a row with the club over the Wonga advert on his shirt.
His pre-season was disrupted in terms of training and playing and he has never caught up.
Cisse has not scored a solitary PL goal since the beginning of April when he notched the last-gasp winner against Fulham.
The barren spell has now stretched to 13 matches and he has even been frozen out of the first team despite a lack of creditable strikers to lend goal support to Loic Remy.
Shola Ameobi, whose contract runs out at the end of the season when he could well be let go, has started ahead of Cisse in significant wins against Chelsea and Spurs.
Such has been the alarming collapse of Cisse that one of United’s legendary No 9s SuperMac suggested in the Chron on Saturday he should be sold in the January transfer window and Remy signed permanently.
The trouble is, when Cisse is not scoring goals he contributes little to the team effort.

and

Demba Ba has not lived up to expectations since transferring to Chelsea this past January from Newcastle United.

The 28-year-old's trip to greener English Premier League pastures has yielded just two appearances in the 2013-14 season, his first full campaign at Stamford Bridge.
Ba's outlook needed a spark for him to have any hope of staying with the league trophy contenders.
However, even with his first goal for the Blues this season in a 3-0 victory over FC Schalke 04 in Wednesday's Champions League fixture, his days with Chelsea appear to be numbered soon.

11 - Demba Ba has scored his first goal in 11 appearances for Chelsea. Tick.

After being a rather prized commodity during the previous January transfer window, it is becoming likely that Ba will find himself moving on to a third club in as many seasons.

Ba and Cisse only ever played well for a month or two ever, and were glorified as if they were all time premier league greats.During that time they were okay thanks to the long ball tactics of Alan Pardew which was the only football they can play.

Demba Ba has been especially horrible. This black plays with Mata,Hazard,Oscar and still can't score goals. That is damning indeed!
However, the most hyped Newcastle player in the past few years has to be Ben Arfa.

Have fun!

‘I know some will think that I’m mad, but I still dream of the Ballon d’Or. I’m convinced it’s still possible,’ said Ben Arfa.

‘It’s not forbidden to dream. I still believe that one day I’ll be the best player in the world. But my biggest victory will not be that one, it’ll be of becoming a well-rounded man after overcoming so many obstacles.

Many commentators,"experts" too rue the fact that he could've been the non-white Messi,if it weren't for "bad luck" and "injuries".

Another Prospective Ballon D'OR winner here:

abou-diaby_17055_w250.jpg

I dream of winning the Ballon d’Or. I hope to win it one day. There is no shame in saying that.

A few really dumb Arsenal fans believe he'd have been as good as Yaya Toure, had it not been for his injuries.

Since it isn't forbidden to dream, this is mine:

USA forward Jozy Altidore has been an absolute disaster for Sunderland, which paid £9 million to acquire him. He has scored only 2 goals in 21 appearances this season, which should result in him getting indefinitely benched. This guy's goal rate in the EPL is the worst I have seen: 2 goals in 45 games.

Christian Benteke is shaping up to be a one-season wonder. He is currently in a 10-game goal drought for Villa. He is guaranteed playing time with this bottom-feeder club, so there's little excuse for his goal-shyness.

Jack Rodwell went to Man City for £13 and he can't buy playing time. He has played only 90 minutes so far in the league this season. With and without the ball, this player has zero quality.

The super-athlete Micah Richards finds himself perpetually injured. He was once touted as a future England captain, but now his future in Manchester is threatened by Pablo Zabaleta, a genuinely world-class fullback who is a favorite of every City fan.

Wilfried Bony made a big-money move to Swansea, and has performed poorly at the club: 4 goals in 15 games.

Fraizer Campbell is a low-class journeyman bum originally from Man United's youth team. He was sold to Sunderland and completely failed there and is now with newly-promoted Cardiff. His record of 11 goals in 89 Premier League appearances is simply not good enough at this level.

Whoever paid 9M for Altidore should be fired!I mean he is a proven PL flop!
Same should be said regarding Bony.

Both these black players scored in the Eredivise(I know Bony did,but can Altidore score?Even in the Dutch league?) and were bought for big money and the press didn't even say a word.If a PL side approached a white player fro mthe same league, the press would whine and whine about poor players.

As an example,MANU decided 16M was a bit much for Strootman, from the dutch League this season. So they, bought the muslim wog Fellani for 27M.

The result?
Strootman went to Roma for 16M and has made 15 appearance scoring 4 goals on the way to see Roma standing second in the Serie A.

Manu are meanwhile languishing in sixth in the PL with Fellani making eight appearances only and being under fire from all quarters for his performances.

jozy "pumpkinhead" altidore has 1 premier league goal every 1273 minutes  (3 goals)

Nearly as bad as David N'Gog's 3 goals in 33 premier league games for Bolton. The guy still didn't get dropped the season after for some strange reason.
I'm quite sure a young local player could score more than 3 goal's a season.

Wow. N'Gog has managed to get himself signed to a premiership club (Swansea). Some of these manager's must be blind or have a retard level IQ. If they actually watched him play they would know there are conference players who are better than him or alternatively look at his pitiful goal scoring record on wikipedia.
