Another emerging 400m talent - Kurt Mulcahy from Australia.
He's 17, and just starting to run track seriously.
His best time is 46.03.
There are so many young guys coming up in this event; I feel like the flood gates have been opened.

Kurt took 2nd in the Australian Championships in 46.36.
Very good performance from the youngster at the senior level, so look forward to seeing more from him in the future.
Sean Wroe, who I believe is half Japanese, won in 45.80.
